This hotel was a great find! I gave it a 10 for the budget accommodation it was. My room was comfortable and a good size for Tokyo. the bed was comfy and I appreciated the desk. I thought the breakfast was stellar for again the small hotel it was. I always felt satisfied with a pleasant selection of cereal, breads, pastries, eggs, and my favorite— the unsweetened yogurt. even the coffee was tasty. The staff were kind and helpful and the wonderful English speaking young man always took the time to help explain a lot to us. The hotel was easy to get to from the train station and plenty of food options around. I’m just so grateful to have stayed there.

I can’t think of anything. oh maybe the toilet seat didn’t need to be heated in the hot summer 😉

The place was well set up & for Japan a fair size room. The brochures in the room explained everything you needed to know. The location was great within walking distance to everything. With a bus stop out front.

The breakfast was very basic I wouldn’t bother with it next time. There are plenty of choices outside very close, also a supermarket less than 100mt with a good selection.

Walking distance to the Hon Atsugi station, Valuable choice for the price and got everything needed.

The hotel and booking.com CANNOT provide any valid tax invoice for business trip reimbursement even I had talked to the hotel and booking.com. The hotel said I need to contact Booking.com but the booking.com can only provide receipt that cannot be used to

Excellent location-5 minute walk from Hon-Atsugi station. Free WiFi, free breakfast, free use of massage chairs, and 200 yen washer and 100 yen dryers on second floor. Room size is very good compared to other Japanese hotels.

Proximity of the station, Availability of the staff, clothes refreshing machine and manga at disposal.

The toilet seat warming function which cannot be stopped when we strive to refresh the room with A/C is horribly inconsistent with environmental consideration. Expensive shirt cleaning service.

Staff was helpful and kind. Lots of options to make your stay more comfortable.

The fitness center should have a privacy curtain. I did not use it because it was next to the elevator and it was too embarrassing to use being right next to the elevator.

I thought the breakfast was good for the price. I thought the room was great. So comfortable and very big for a business hotel. I liked how various needs had been considered including for women.

rooms are very clean and very attemptive staff. also very good english peaking which is not common for Atsugi hotels

Bfast was was ok. Fit for purpose. Graet location. Near to eateries, train station.....
