The staff are very polite and helpful. We received free vending machine drink tokens for each night of our stay. The room size was great, bigger than usual Japanese hotel rooms. The onsen was a big plus, was nice to soak after each day. The included breakfast was very good, a little different each day with was nice. A variety of restaurants along the street, all walkable distance and there is also a Lawson convenience store just outside too.

The hotel itself is fantastic! The location is a little out the way, if travelling by public transport you will have to rely on using the buses. There are multiple nearby bus stops but be aware they may come at infrequent intervals especially during the weekends. If not it is about 30 mins walk to Isehara train station.

Didn't find any.. Maybe price could be a bit lower, but it is still 👌 Same standard we found (during 2 weeks trip) 30% cheaper, but maybe because was not so close to Tokyo.

Everything was great for the price. The public bathing area was nice and open late. Great staff. The bathroom was basic but compensated by the public bathing area.

The breakfast line is long and you have to kind of cut in line if you just want a drink. It’s not reasonable to stand in line for 20 minutes for a cup of tea etc. I wish beverages had better access at breakfast.

The location and breakfast were good overall. We had a good time there. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The room was a little old and not too modern. But it Was still decent.

For cheap money the hotel provided many additional little things like couple things for skin and for bathing. They let me go almost hour after the check out out and prepare for another couple hours for my journey in the lobby!

Location isn’t so bad if you travel by car. There are a supermarket, convenience store and a few restaurants near by.

The smell of bed sheets could have been better. And pillows were hard.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful employees. The woman who checked us in even spoke great English, which is always nice. Good breakfast with lots of options was included in the rate. Onsen/public bath was also nice and clean. Free parking. Not too far from the highway exit/entrance.
