Great location, convenient for Hon-Atsugi station and the airport bus as well. Really comfortable beds, and quiet - perfect for our needs. Also had a coin laundrette on site which we appreciated by the end of the trip. Friendly staff and free supplies of some toiletries in the lobby. Overall great value for money.

Make sure to book a non smoking room - we were on the smoking floor very briefly and the smell made us feel a bit sick. But no problem at all on the non smoking floor.

This hotel is approx 100 meters to Hon-Atsugi station. The hotel is very clean & very helpful staff which some of them can speak English. By the way the room is little small which is a negative point but worth for the money. All the amenities required are provided. There are lots of restaurants of different authenticity around the hotel.The hotel is located in a very convenient place.

The room size is very small.

Great location less than 10 minutes from the train station. Many restaurants and a shopping centre close by and two Familymarts just a few minutes walk away. Cleaning staff were great; you could just leave your used towels and garbage outside and it will be replaced with new ones in a bag hanging by the door -- a great system for everyone.

Sometimes when I return to the room, it is a little stuffy but turn on the AC for a while and it goes away.

The hotel is located in the prime area of Hon-Atsugi with the train station, bus stand (local and for haneda airport), 7 elevens and a whole range of restaurants all within moments reach. The hotel staff were very hospitable and understanding. They did not hesitant to address any queries or meet my needs.

The rooms although packed with most amenities felt very cramped with little room to walk around. The passages near the bed are very narrow.

The location was super convenient. Only a few minutes from Hon-Atsugi train station and from many restaurants and banks. There was a nice cafe right across from the hotel that provides breakfast special around 600 yen. The hotel will let you leave your luggage after you check out. I like firmer mattress, so I loved the bed.

The room was small and no breakfast for the price they charged. No ice machine.

Location. The place is near from direct bus stop from Haneda international airports, 3 min walk. Many good reasonable Japanese restaurants. We can go to Good cafes, seafood " izakaya", pizza, and "Aeon" supermarket on foot within 5 or 10 min Only 3 min walk to Hon atsugi station in Odakyu line, which can take us Hakone and Shinjuku easily.

The room width. I am not a tall person, so comfortable for me, but a big person may feel the room is narrow.

This was a great place for the price. I liked how quiet the rooms were. The staff were very helpful. On my first stay, I accidentally booked a smoking room. The clerk changed it to a non-smoking room without any extra fees or hassle.

I wish there had been a better explanation of how breakfast worked. Guest have to chose the main dish before and then most of the side dishes were self-served. What I wanted to know was were the self-serve items a one time go through or buffet (get as much as one wanted) deal. Also if I ordered the Asian main meal, was I allowed to have the Western sides (like the white rolls instead of white rice) or was I supposed to pick only what went with my meal.

Very clean, super friendly staff, great location near the railway station. Atsugi is a great location as a base to check out Tokyo (Odakyu Line) and Kanagawa (car rentals at the train station). The room was spacey enough; I could put my opened suitcase under the bed and use it as a drawer. The lobby is a great place to meet, quite big and good air conditioning…

The walls are a bit thin…

The hotel is clean and the staff and management was very helpful. The online app made an error with my booking but when I got to the hotel the staff quickly resolved the issue even though it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very reliable and it was a comfortable stay.

The available parking spots. Some parking areas are a good walk from the hotel.

Location near the station on Odakyu line. Very convenient for side trips to hakone and Kamakura. Lots of food choices and convenience stores around the hotel. Comfortable room

Towels can be better, more hangers and hooks would be useful. Pillows were soft so bring your own if you like firm ones.
