The location was great, it was next to a little shopping area which was great for exploring for something more casual and low-key. The facilities were great, the onsen was nice, the shampoo smelled great, and the staff went above and beyond to explains to us patiently when we didn't know what was what. The room was big and gorgeous and the manga corner was surprisingly big.

The first floor smelled a little weird, and there was only one ping pong table-- so my parents and I couldn't play.

Large room, kind service, really great. I checked in at 10 P.M smoothly. Once I forgot to take my room card with me, they provided me with great service and helped solve the problem.

Maybe they can improve their English a little bit. This will make communication much more convenient, as many foreign visitors's Japanese proficiency is poor.

Great hotel for being out in the country. The hotel staff was very helpful. The onsen was beautiful! The room was big and comfortable. There was a nice morning buffet with lots of selections.

Two things. It was a little out of the way. Although there was a shopping across from it, not much more. Would like to have seen more restaurant choices. These are not deal breakers

a little bit away from station. if you arrive early, you can take taxi if you have heavy luggages, but if late, you need to walk~

New hotel. Very clean, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Near the train station, and walking distance to markets as well.

New, clean and spacious room with a desk and 2 chairs to sit. Nice onsen facilities. Close to a mall with supermarket and movie theatre.

Breakfast buffet is so so.

The Triple room non smoking is very nice and more comfortable for my group and we love onsen facility very much. All Staff are kindly service and support

Very near train station. But got climb steep abit. Good if you visiting Chichibu.
