Probably the best hotel I stayed in so far in Japan - awesome view (on clear weather) - staff very nice and helpful - very clean - nice breakfast, especially good that it is included - felt more spacious than usual rooms in Japan - plenty of restaurants nearby

- a bit tough to reach via rail (with a big suitcase 2km become a long way) Not a critique with the hotel itself, just booking.com shows the wrong location when referring to maps - just use google directly or the address

The room is equipped with everything you may need, including a view on Mt.Fuji if you're lucky. The onsen was nice, and besides body soap and shampoo it also had all types of cleansing foam and lotions around the sink. Breakfast was buffet but Japanese style.

Despite being a bilingual and speaking Japanese from the moment I arrived, one person of the staff suddenly switched to English the moment she saw my name was not fully Japanese. Besides finding it rude, unless there were difficulties in understanding (which was not the case), it also made the conversation way more difficult as said person was even struggling to speak in a broken English. However, I had no problems whatsoever with the rest of the staff, and some of them were also kind enough to ask my preferred language when handing me papers to read and sign.

The breakfast buffet offered a relatively wide variety of simple but hearty fare. Likewise, the bathhouse was simple, but a pleasant facility to have. Free parking was great. Next to a nice park. One of our rooms had a solid view of Mt Fuji.

The bed in my room was not super comfortable. I was expecting slightly better bedding. The provided pajamas were too small for my size.

I liked my stay here and if I had not stayed at Hotel Route Inn in Miyazaki, I would have given this stay a perfect 10 out of 10. They have a big bath (not an onsen) which is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are quite clean and the staff, very friendly. The staff were the most helpful I have ever experienced. I had come from hiking Mt. Fuji and they helped to call a restaurant for me and order my dinner, the next day they sent over my bag via post to my next hotel, they called a taxi for me. They really went out of their way to help me and as I saw, to help everybody else who was checking in and out around the same time I was.

Comparing it to the same hotel in Miyazaki, this one is a little behind. The did not have a shampoo bar, their robes were a little worn out and it did not have that traditional feel like the one in Miyazaki. If it is your first time in any Route Inn and you come here you will like it, really. But I had much higher expectations because of my amazing experience in Miyazaki.

Very nice hotel with amazing mount Fuji view. Everything was very nice. Nice location near central park.

I was able to reserve only smoking room with mt. Fuji view. For non smoker it was little bit smelly, but got used to it after first day. Next time i will reserve it sooner, so I can stay in no smoking room.

Overall the room was quite big and the view of mt Fuji was amazing. There was a hot spring facility available and restaurant which was there and provided breakfast and dinner. It was an enjoyable little stay.

It was a little hard to get to from the station but I think that was our fault in navigating it. Checkout time was 10 but that was understandable would have been a little nicer if it was a little later so we could sleep in.

We stayed at this hotel to see Mount Fuji. The view was pretty good from the upper deck of the parking garage. (In close by Chuo Park there are lots of opportunities to see the mountain without powerlines :) It helps to get up early because the haze and the clouds really come in later in the day. One early evening we couldn't tell there was a mountain.) The room price included a breakfast buffet - a mixture of western and Japanese. We took advantage of the restaurant - the dinner was beautifully prepared and tasted delicious.

We liked the price, the central location, the free carparks, the staff, the breakfast included with our price, the amenities like the microwave near the drink machines by the elevator, the smoke room, so all in all met our requirements nicely. We also were able to see Mt Fuji from the carpark which was useful for more photos!

The only thing I thought could be easily improved is the carpet in the elevators are well used, so a change would lift the appearance immensely. Not a deal breaker though.

Awesome breakfast included I had room with Mt Fuji view - even though I never saw it because of storms. Comfortable room, good staff, everything as expected from Route Inn level hotel. Car parking for free.

Very bad connection to train station, bus goes like once in an hour...

Everything about this hotel is a feeling of 5 star lol without paying for that amount...all I can say is enjoy the hospitality and the views and never miss your flight because they got schedulled free shuttle to the airport.
