Short walk from the station (~12min), friendly staff, very good breakfast, very tasty free beverage corner (I recommend the cocoa), view on mountains from the upper floors. Spacious rooms and very clean!

The mattress and pillow of the bed were quite hard (but if you do a lot during the day and just sleep at night, you might not find that bothering while sleeping).

Fully equipped room and bathroom, with a very good location (close to the Fukui station). The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also fairly good

Easy to wake up on the early morning because of the light… Also, the pillow was not quite comfortable.

The free breakfast was substantial and included juices/tea/coffee, eggs, sausage, salad, yogurt, potato salad, fish, spaghetti… There was a nice view of the mountain from the top floor. It was convenient to Fukui Station. Soap, lotion, shampoo and toiletries were provided.

The bed was quite hard. There was no ice bucket in the room.

Initially, I thought the hotel was going to be very standard. But the breakfast was delicious, the staff were very kind and cheerful. Plus, the spa was a great bonus to have. Even though the hotel is a little old, it's clean, and the service makes up for it.
