The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good way to start the day. I had a bit of difficulty asking the front desk to reserve a taxi to airport for me. I decided to use the "GO" taxi app. That was very easy. Maybe a sign at front suggesting the "GO" app. Onsen was wonderful. Kinda close to Zoo subway stop. I observed many tour groups at breakfast. TONS of restaurants and action if you exit the rear. I'd book again. The Basket is a great burger joint.

Hotel is new, clean and bright. Staff at front (Ms. Rena) is helpful and friendly including others. There are 2 supermart (Bon Repas) 10mins walk, Emart is 15 mins walk close to Yakuin Odori Station. Love the onsen. There is laundry room and microwave on 2nd floor. Room is clean, bed is comfort. We can stay in room whole day if we want. Amenities is place at reception area for hotel guest. They also provide night gown and towel for changes everyday, but cleaning every 4 days.

Location on main street but long walk to Tenjin Subway.If we walk from Tenjin Station it talk 30 mins walk which is very tired back to hotel. Nearby is quiet residential area which not shopping area and few eating choices.

Hotel was great! Located close to metro station and Hakata station. You can easly commute to any place in Fukuoka from hotel. Our Room was small but comfortable. I love onsen there! Price was very affordable.

The hours of opening onsen from 6.00 till 10.00 and15.00 till 24.00... Few Times we did not have a chance to take a Bath because we left hotel very early and came back after.midnight. However I miss that onsen. It was good!

Very clean, all the amenities you need. They have a nice onsen on ground floor, that we used every day. Good location, very friendly staff.

The room and the bathroom are pretty small (nothing surprising for Japan), but you have a nice onsen on the ground floor, which is open until midnight.

Sometimes here the knock sound from outside. The wall looks pretty thin. Staff are not good at English which is better to use Google translate. I think it is common phenomenon in Japan but more serious in small city like Fukuoka

Really clean, well located in a lovely area with lots of boutique shops, coffee shops and cafes. We didn't use the baths, but you do have free access to the public baths onsite which is lovely after a long day of walking around. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very new, and I liked the interior design of the rooms. Warm colors, good lighting options, comfy bed and pillows, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV equipped with YouTube and Netflix (etc.). The public bath was also very clean and modern, with a pleasant view of a small inner garden.

I passed the front desk several times when leaving and exiting the hotel, and I don't recall ever being greeted, which is unusual for a Japanese hotel. Communication with guests seemed to be on a quite limited, as-needed basis, rather than proactive. (I'm fluent in Japanese, so language should not have been an issue.) The best hotels create a warm, home-away-from-home atmosphere by making guests feel welcome each time they enter. Everything else about this hotel is excellent, so the icing on the cake would be "warmer" interactions with the staff.

Staffs and facilities are very good. Location is not so far from train station (just 5-minute walk). Hotel provides all amenities such as toothbrush, coffee, dinner with very cheap price and so on.

Quite business hotel, exceptionally clean, kind staff, firm beds, breakfast was standard with coffee/espresso machine. The room hotel was small but the onsen made up for that.

Pillows could have options from firm and softer. onsite parking is limited but offer free parking one block away.
