- Located very close to the metro station, proximity to Lawson and 7/11 store, 30 min walk to Fukuoka Castle (25 min) - Close to Fukuoka Airport with one change at Hakata Station - Excellent price for 5 people stay for that kind of cleanliness and facility - The intercom is really good for you to chat with staff - Late check-in experience, the hotel will send you check-in instruction by mail. During check-in you will connect and speak to staff via the reception iPad to verify identity. - Laundry machine is available but you need to buy your own detergent. Hotel provide basic amenities to guests like toothbrush and shower soaps + towel. Drying room is efficient and can dry your laundry overnight if you use the right settings. - Lift and elevator available so you don't have to lug your luggage. - Internet speed is excellent

Just be aware that the hotel has no parking on site (we are aware that that there is no parking available). There are paid parking in the nearby area. The hotel is located in a very narrow street, which is standard in Japan. Laundry machine did not come with detergent. The layout of the kitchen area is weird in the triple room, where we need to slide the doors to access the rubbish bin, the kitchenette. We think that the sliding doors is a bit of hindrance albeit it is as though there are there for aesthetics purpose only. The hotel asks you to report broken facilities within a few hours of check in. We reported few issues (like a broken door knob soon after check-in) via Intercom and the hotel staff responded promptly with good English.

The apartment is located in a strategic area, close to restaurants and a metro station. It takes 15mins walk to reach Tenjin area. The place is very spacious and quite new. Check in is smooth.

There is a 200 yen fee to pay per person per night as tax. This is not mentioned anywhere and there was only one glass and we were two. However these points did not affect our stay.

Had to pay an extra small amount on arrival and was given 2 hours to report any damage that i find otherwise i may be charged for it. I found a few things and felt stressed about making sure they knew about it. Alot of rules for this place

The location was superb, moments away from the subway, surrounded by great eateries, shops and supermarkets. A great base for the city and exploring Kyushu in general. The shower was great. When we had a glitch with the technology, the staff dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently.

Light pollution - a strong night light in the apartment, a security light directly outside our room, security lighting from an apartment block across the road, and a sensor light at the car park directly opposite. All solved by buying an eye mask. Noise pollution - the fridge/freezer was very loud, the car park opposite has a loud “spoken” payment system. The key pad on entering the “hotel” and conversation in the reception area. There was no clothes storage at all. And no cleaning equipment. To put the review in perspective, we stayed for a month in room 101. This was on the ground floor, directly next to the front door and reception area which could be very noisy as people checked in/out, came home in the early hours.

Convenient as it is near subway station. bed quite ok but the pillow is too soft.

There is a washing machine but no washing detergent provided. There is also no disinfectant spray for coat provided. It would be good if there is a small vacuum cleaner and some simple cleaning devices in the room for us who stayed for 5 days. For rooms booked for 5 days, more toothpaste could be provided.
