The room was clean as standard. Near convenience stores, train, and subway station. Free ice and shower kits at the lobby.

No free drinking water. The room is a bit small for 2 person but it's acceptable. Staff were correct payment incorrect amount (+JPY2 more than actual amount). I said to them that's ok I don't mind. But staff still tried their best to fix the payment to correct amount which take a while and I was tired from travel on the first date arrived in Japan. I prefer hotel to keep JPY2 and take 15mins rest my feet in the room. For wanderers the location is a bit far from city center like Tenjin and Hakata station by foot but still close to subway access.

Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spacious. Plenty of table space for placing stuff conveniently. Lots of lighting options; guests can adjust lighting to suit their own needs. Breakfast offers a great variety of food and beverages, with handmade rice balls and homemade smoothies. Located four metro stations from Hakata Station, with two convenience stores around the corners. Friendly and efficient staff at breakfast restaurant.

Front desk staff confirmed: no bottled water provided at all. Guests can buy drinks at the vending machine in the lobby, or at convenience stores nearby.

We stayed 5 nights and we had a wonderful stay. 3-5 mins walk only from yakuin station. Good thing it has elevator for carrying our big luggages. Our room though a bit small but its ok , my husband and I can still unpack our things from our laggage one at a time. So its not a big deal. My daughter enjoyed all the frebbies of toiletries. She liked the brand of the shampoo 😊🥰. The breakfast has a good set of menu . To sum up, we had a great time . Thank you 🥰

The location of the hotel is almost perfect, just 1.2km from Tenjin where you don't need to walk, easily catch subway 1 stop to reach bustling Tenjin. There are some authentic Japanese restaurants around the hotel e.g. Inaba Udon is a must.

Someone may dislike the way they do duvet since the duvet cover is not deep cleaned in a particular guest registration. Normally most hotels in Japan will cover duvet with newly washed white blankets in both sides but here they have only inner and cover with gray duvet which is reused.

Lovely hotel, great location. The breakfast was excellent. Even the machine coffee was delicious. I loved the carpet in the room - it looked strange in the photos but was actually very stylish. I liked the little sofa bench and desk. There was a kettle and some green teabags. The room had a simple but tasteful design and was very comfortable.

The sheets and quilt were not good, made of some non-natural blend. The pillow was too hard. For people used to a high thread count or bedding of soft natural fabrics this was a sore point. I would recommend to the owners that they throw out those quilts and sheets and start again. With cotton sheets and quilt cover and a feather quilt (or even blankets would be better). Then this hotel would be perfect.

Location is good. Easy access to trains, buses, coffee joints and Macdonalds

The room is slightly small for my family of 3. With the extra bed, we can’t really open up our luggages fully. Need to open/close frequently. Other than that generally quite satisfied 👍

Does all the basics that you need very well. (clean, tidy, comfortable bed/room/washrooms). No unnecessary extras. Decent location (Yakuin Station) but not in Tenjin/Hakata. However it was expensive during weekends. Includes free breakfast buffet every day which was a nice bonus.

Hotel locates less than 100 m From the station Yakuin and the near rest 7-11. We have to use subway for approaching Hakata station and Tenjin. The room is good clean but too small for 3 persons. Tax for city (200 Y per person per night) was not included in the price shown in BOOKING.com.

Close to Yakuin sta., food, convenient stores, supermarkets, drug stores, firmed comfy bed. Very good for the price.
