The room had everything for someone that just needs to stop and go, so that was great. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to make accommodations more comfortable. Thank you!

I did not like the AC in our room had black mold, so it made the room smell stuffy, despite the provided dehumidifier. That's the only complaint I have. Also, if you are on the bigger side or are planning on staying in the same room that we stayed in, it will be uncomfortable.

The staff was very helpful to call up a taxi for me at 4 am in the early morning to go to the airport. Thank you so much!

There is no BF service and there is hot water pot, 2 cups not coffee and tea that is very upset I stayed many hotel they have tea and coffee in rooms, if no service why the hotel put cups and hot water pot no used. Please write down on reception no service tea and coffee in rooms and water just put 2 bottles water free of cost for the guest . That is no big deal for hotel.

I went first to the other hotel LiVEMAX Fukuoka Tenjin West, the names are too similar and confusing.

The room was so clean. And nice location, close to convenient stores and bus stop

the hotel itself is not bad, the location is not far away from the station, a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, coin watching machines around

they didn't want to provide an extra pillow, what is the big deal about it? I have been to more than 10 hotels during my stay, and I was provided with an extra pillow when I asked, so I don't get why they don't provide it. the staff during the night don't speak English, not helpful.

I liked the location. Easy access to everything.

They should change the bathroom curtain in my room because it already have molds. The floor carpet needs cleaning. Also the room has a funny weird smell like someone had cooked something.
