Good location, very short walk to Canal City. Incredibly spacious, can house several guests at once or very comfortable alone. Well equipped, akin to an apartment with full kitchen and dining tables present. Check in and check out was simple. Tatami room was a nice addition.

With only a couple staff members present, it definitely feels less like a hotel and more of an apartment, but for the low price this is acceptable. Whilst the location is good, it is still a fair walk from any train station.

The amenities where great for both short and long stays, kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. Bed was very comfortable, and the washingmachine was easy to use. All information was available in english and the the staff was polite and helpful.

We had to air the place every day, as the air seemed very closed, dusty and stuffy. We would also have liked either more clothes-hangers, or an extra drying rack for laundry.

The large family room was spacious including a separate bedroom for parents and had all of the Japanese hotel conveniences you become accustomed to. Great location in Sumiyoshi makes it easy to walk to nearby attractions at Hakata, Canal City, Tenjin and Yakuin and to catch the bus and train all across Fukuoka

The onsite coin operated car park is small with only 3 useable spaces but there is plenty of other coin parking around

Location was excellent! A 15 minute walk from Hakata station. 5 minute walk to Canal City. Right across the street from a convenience store. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The room was clean and having a washer was wonderful. Beds were comfy. Tons of clean towels!

The room did not match the pictures. Part of the reason I booked this room was to have a separate space for my husband and I after our young daughter went to bed at night. However, there were not enough sliding doors to separate the bedroom from the living room in any meaningful way. The photo also included seating in the living room, as well as a rug in the kitchen, neither of which were actually there (although these weren't that big of a deal).

The apartment was huge for Japan! Comfy, roomy, everything you need for cooking and I appreciated thi gs like the hairdryer. The kids were comfy on their futons. River is nearby and you’d be able to get some delicious food nearby too. Took us 15-20 mins to walk from Hakata Station.

None of the instructions for the apartment were in English so be sure to have Google translate ready. The remote control seemed to be flat so we couldn’t use the screen, control the input/source or change channels

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet environment, and perfect location, very comfy just like your home. As well as the amenities:)

I guess it's for safety reasons, but I wish a knife, scissor, chopping board and some plates will be helpful.

They've never take care of ashtray which is located in front of garage gate, 1st floor during 2 nights staying. The reception is 2nd floor and there would be no problem of the location, but no toilet on the same floor, so after check-out we could not use it in this hotel...that was NOT GOOD!

Spacious, ready to stay with all equipments: refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, oven, microwave, kitchen, etc. And quiet.

Quite far from many places.

Such a large place, we had so much room to spread out. Separate toilet, shower and sink area make getting ready with 5 of us so much faster.

No aircon in the second bedroom was disappointing. There was a fan which was very much appreciated in the over 30 degree heat.

Location was good, walking distance to Hakata or Tenjin station, and very near to Canal City. Room was spacious, kitchen we useful and we got to cook a meal. Toilet was small, bath area was ok. Common corridor was cold during winter.

Lights were confusing with the various remote controls.
