I like that it's near to the train station, convenience store like 7 eleven and family mart. It is near Canal City Mall and one station away to Hakata. The room was clean when we arrived. The appliances were working except the tablet that we suppose to use for check out but they apologize for it they provided different way to check out. The room is just right for 5 people. It's a quiet neighborhood and you can rest well after a long day of walk.

Everything was good. It's just that maybe in the future they will provide more towels to use for longer stay. They provided only one during our entire stay. But other than that everything is good.

Checked in with an iPad and would recommend doing the form that they send you to make checkin easier. Our room was overlooking the canal which was surprising because of how cheap it was. We were also within walking distance of yatari stalls and shopping streets. The facilities were good and the bathroom was very clean.

The check-in process was a bit tedious for one night. I had to submit a photo of each guest which isn't standard procedure in Japan (in my experience). However, once we made it to the hotel it was easy to get into our room. Remember to take a picture of the code your tablet gives you since it's the only was of knowing your room code.

Clean, functional, was able to check in earlier and check out later (for a fee) the fee was reasonable, the staff was supporting. Washing machine and nice balcony too!

Previous guest must have fried something with oil so there was a heavy oil smell during my stay, had to keep balcony open for fresh air, which again caused mosquitos to come in. But overall it was tolerable and I was able to relax. PS: washing machine was making loud noise, better fix, cause if wash at night it will wake up all house.

Spacious apartment with good amenities. Direct river view and only 15 minutes walk from HAKATA station and 3 minutes from Canel City Mall. Good price value.

The AC is making loud dripping water noise and required more than 10 back and forth messages to get it fixed. The communication is a bit challenging. Out of three nights we were there, the technician managed to fix it before we went to sleep.

It was a great location - close to everything but not noisy at all. Enough space for our family of 4. Helpful that there was a power bar with USB outlets for charging.

Mostly clean but visible dirt in all the corners of the apartment. We stayed a second night a few days later and were assigned a different apartment that was much cleaner. Would be helpful to have a towel rack or hooks.

The rooms were large, great location, good view ( attached a view from the room ) . Everything shown was as per. Easy check-in. I'll sure book again and guarantee there's no fuss about this room/

The only problem was that there wasn't an early check-in for me. The check time was 3 pm, and I waited almost 2 hours due to early arrival. , and there's no luggage service counter either.

The location was perfect. So nice to be right on the river. We were traveling by car so it was nice to have an affordable coin parking lot directly across the street. The size of the room was really nice too. Perfect for us as a family.

We wanted to stay 2 nights but the entire apartment hotel was booked so we could only stay 1 night! We will try to book this place next time we go to Fukuoka!

I was called to Fukuoka due to a family emergency. It was so great to have a wonderful place to come back to with a gorgeous view of the Naka river. Canal City was a few minutes away and it was fun to get out and absorb the bustling vibe.

I was sad when I had to leave to go to another venue (which was disappointing).

Location is central to canal city and food spots nearby. Public Parking can be found right opposite. Room was nice and spacious. One of the aircon could not be used for heating, but room was still decently warm.

The main door reception door lock at ground floor was under maintenance during the period, but this was not informed, so we got a bit stuck outside and had to call for help.

Good provision of amenities, included tooth brush, slippers, towels, shampoo, shower soap, washing machine detergent. located next to the river, beautiful river view, at comfortable size of balcony aircon is good

one of the bed mattresses sank, so can't sleep very comfortably
