The room was very good and we had a view of the River. Location was excellent for shopping, eating , taxis .

The Self Check in was hard for us as we only speak English . The email the hotel sent to us for check in was in Japanese , no translation. When we arrived at the hotel outside there was no English instructions on how to enter the hotel , fortunately some young people came out and showed us how to get in and how to register for check in. There needs to be English instructions outside and inside the hotel.

The room is bigger than expected. Can stay up to 4 people. I reserved the biggest room. The bathroom is big and very convenient. There is a living room and a large bed. It may take time to travel if going into the city. 15 minutes by walking. Room view of Hakatadepartment store. Near the accommodation there is a 7-11 that has a lot of stuff. Walking at night is not scary. I will definitely come back to stay again.

The hotel is perfectly located in Fukuoka. It has a magnificent view towards the Canal City building, in general during the night, it is really really beautiful. On top of that, the hotel is not far from Hakata station. Everything met my expectations. The beds were soft, the room well equipped, there were sufficient amenities. In general, I highly recommend the hotel. The automatic check-in was really easy, as was the check-out.

This isn't about what I didn't like, more about what to expect in that part of the city. Because the hotel is located in a more lively part of the city, during the night, it is quite normal for there to be some noise, music, working people trying to relax, youngsters living their lives and other...nightly activities. Anyway, some of the neighbors were a bit loud, but that was hardly a problem.

Very spacious. We love the big space perfect for our last hotel during our visit. We love the spacious bathroom and genkan. Love the view too

Lobby was a bit dirty and disorganised Towels were too thin and not absorbent enough I hope you make the process of ordering extra towels easier

Great central location near Canal city, with a good view and plenty of space in the room!

The room above us was incredibly noisy over the the stay, I did message the hotel and they contacted the room above which for a brief time they stopped being noisy, however the noise persisted from upstairs. As the hotel is unmanned by staff be sure to use the booking.com app to contact the staff for noise complaints

Safety and privacy

No staff service. All communication via ipad. No room cleaning. If I stayed 1 or 2 nights is fine, but stayed 6 nights. At least 1 or 2 times room cleaning is better.

Hotel is value for money and situated along the river which offers nice views.

Could have been better if there was an option for luggage storage since check-out is at 10am.

Location is perfect, close to everywhere.

Far from the subway station, no parking available. Jad trouble checking in it with the system, staff had to manually check me in but was kind and fast.

Nice big rooms, good location.

Mold on the shower curtains and stains and hair on the couch. Other than that it was clean.

Het bed was echt heel comfortabel and the view was amazing!!

We stayed for a long period (15 days) and we wouldve liked to have the room cleaned in between somewhere.
