Staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel was small but modern and very comfortable. Location was very walkable to Canal City Shopping and the street foods at night. Also to the underground shopping mall. There was a market across the street and close to a 7-11 and neighborhood sushi restaurants. Very nice.

This was the first time we were left a note from. Housekeeping saying that they only remove trash that is" in" the trash bins. Note: The trash cans (2)are smaller than bedroom trashcans. We had collected overflowing trash in plastic bags and left next to the trash bins. Upon inquiring at the front desk, staff concurred and said to collect the extra trash and leave it outside the room as we leave for the day. They would go up and retrieve the trash. They were apologetic and we appreciated their helpfulness. Note: We had 2 little ones in diapers, food and snack containers. It would have been helpful to know about the trash and what to do with the overflow in advance. Thank you to the front desk staff for their assistance.

Very nice and clean hotel but a bit cramped for big luggages like us. The kids loved the mezzanine floor. Staff very helpful and got onsen and coin washing machine.

Had a hard time finding the carpark entrance

We stayed at king size room during our five nights in Fukuoka. Best value you could get in the city centre. Convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants within reachable distance. Canal City Shopping Mall is within 10-15 mins walk! Room amenities are ample and provided in the lounge area. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended to everyone to stay in Fukuoka. I heard the breakfast is really nice too but we didn’t have a chance to try it this time.

Staff friendly and helpful. We left my daughters neck pillow and they arranged postage back to the UK for us. The cleaning staff were great and rooms were very clean. Location was great, not far from the Yatai, river and Canal City.

Room was a bit tight. Pillows, one small pillow per person and we couldn't get more. I get tattoos and onsen are generally a no go in Japan, but the information Cross Life give you about the onsen, place tattoos and drunken bad behaviour in the same category. Maybe I'm being overly sensitive but I didn't like the association.

The counter staff are friendly and we have no problem with the communication. They understood what we needed and assisted us all the way. The room was comfy and had enough space to lay down two big luggages. The location is ideal as it is centralized between canal city mall and tenjin side where nightlife is. It is also surrounded with good food.

It will be even better if the pillow can be more firm. Otherwise it's all good!

Friendly staffs. Special thanks to Miss Ishiga Saya. She assisted us a lot during our 9 nights stay. She was kind and helpful. Other staffs were also professional and nice! Breakfast is delicious!

The house keeping service needs to improve! We finished the soap bottle, left on the sink for attention, but they did not refill! We stayed in the loft room, the hand rail on the stairs were covered by layers of dust since we checked in and did not clean until we checked out! The house keeping maids mainly tidied our bed and changed the towels.

there are no many kind of breakfast but all taste was good. But the canteen was quite small so people were crowded. sauna was also good.

This hotel was amazing. The location was great, about 10 minutes walk to the Tenjin district and lots of nice little bars and restaurants in the area. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable, and the sauna area on the second floor was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Some reviews were complaining about the size of the room, but we didn't mind, you're not supposed to spend that much time in it anyway!

You need to buy vouchers for the breakfast, which can run out if you're not quick enough. The breakfast itself was quite limited and not worth the price. There are plenty of places to have breakfast around the hotel, so try that instead!
