room is very clean and quiet. staff are helpful. they helped booking a taxi to airport with just less than 1 minute. the taxi fare from the hotel location to the airport is practical and recommended. the twin bed room we stayed was so confortable. sheets are so clean. room also has well known brand of air filtration device that can also emit ions. shower water pressure is strong and very pleasure. bath room is very clean. toilet is as everyone knows with bidet toilet seat simple yet sophiticated. Note. it was heard that Toto (the maker) recommended users not to wipe the bidet seat with toilet paper as it could scratch the seat surface instead use of water soaked soft cloth was recommended (ref: BBC's article). walking to key places is easy, e.g. Yatai food stall, signature Ichiran ramen main resturant (original), tenjin shopping area.

Great location near the Tenjin area and within walking distance to Canal City. The room was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay here.

While we had an overall pleasant stay, we did encounter a bit of an issue with one of the front desk staff. We accidentally left our key inside the room and kindly asked for assistance. Unfortunately, the young staff member we spoke to seemed a bit less patient and didn’t provide the helpful and respectful attitude we expected. We understand that he might have been busy, but a little more courtesy would have made a big difference. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.

The value was good for the price, and the room was much more spacious than your average Japanese hotel, akin to rooms found in Europe and North America. It was within walking distance to the subways, yatais, and many of the downtown attractions in Fukuoka.

Minor complaint was that the room desk was a bit smudgy on arrival. You also have to pay tourist tax on your arrival, which seems customary, rather than just raising the hotel room cost to cover it. Washing machines can be quite busy at night.

We liked that it was located within the heart of the city, which is alive with people each evening. The hotel was fine, the staff fine, the room as described. The public car parking nearby we had multiple options, so always found a vacancy. We didn't pay for breakfast so cannot comment on this. Needed more than 2 nights to see all that Fukuoka has to offer! We drove to the island of Katsuma which was a nice drive!

We had a large item to discard but they could not help us, so had to discard it elsewhere, which was our nice car rental company! Bins are hard to find as it is but a large item is impossible! Understanding this would have helped us at the hotel.

Room was spacious, clean & on high floor. Views were great. Great location, short walk to eateries, Mitsukoshi and Canal City. About 10-12mins walk to nearest subway and another 3 mins to Fukuoka Station. Hotel helped to book a taxi for 4 adults & 4 cabin size luggages, ride costs ¥2500.

Parking next to hotel was pretty expensive, ¥300 for 30 mins. Hotel recommended another parking place nearby Ecolo Parking, much much cheaper.

Really good location with an easy walk to the station and subway. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores. Excellent izakaya next door (as you turn right out of the hotel) serving the ‘best fried chicken in Japan’ and it was really good!!

Most of the experiences were great. The elevator has elevator control system and requires card swiping, which feels very safe. The room is clean and tidy, and it's very comfortable to take a shower. The staff are all very polite. Recommend

Nicely decorated room, clean and quiet. The bathroom is a good size too, according to Japanese hotel standards. Comfortable bed and pillows. We had a nice view of Canal City. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Hakata Station, 8-minute walk from the Tenjin underground mall and 12-minute walk from Tenjin Station. It was very well located for our itinerary. We enjoyed our stay. :)

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is totally surrounded by shopping malls, bars, restaurants and general life. Fukuoka itself is not particularly crowded so, even though it is in the centre of a lively area, it's not noisy at all. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that but the room was clean, average sized and perfectly comfortable.

Very central location, 5min walking distance from Canal City. Normal sized room with very comfortable bed. WiFi worked well. Good amenities offered. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel before check-in and after check-out. Very friendly staff. The optional breakfast was definitely worth the price! Would stay here again.
