Great location near restaurants & short walk to the main Tenji shopping & subway line. Much on offer here such as free coffee & slush smoothie in the morning. Room is comfortable though the bed was soft. Good wifi. Free laundry service which was greatly appreciated.

No room service unless you stay three nights but they do offer clean towels daily.

My stay was really superb. The staff are exceptional making my stay comfortable. Everything was so nice and clean. The wifi is also fast.

I specifically chose this hotel because of the breakfast. Although everything is delicious like the chopped salad which i really like and the variety of purin but I really was looking forward to the fresh salmon and salmon roe bowl which is not available at this hotel branch.

The room was comfortable. It seems that the room was a room for a Japanese apartment repaired and renovated for hotel use. For this reason, it had a kitchen and washing machine place (no washing machine, though). The view is nothing special. The location is close to Fukuoka Tower (free admission for everyone). The hotel is close to the Fukuoka International Ferry Port, able to reach it within 10 minutes on foot.

The room key must be handled at the reception every time I felt the room. Restaurants and shops are far from the hotel. Convence store is close.

I like the location the most! It was easy to find. Room was also comfortable with a nice bathtub. It was a lot smaller than I expected but it had all the necessities so the size was no problem. There also wasn’t a body lotion. Eitherways I wouldn’t mind staying again when next I’m in Fukuoka.

The room size was really small. The walls were also somewhat thin.

Loved our stay here, the location is great, staff is so kind. The breakfast was awesome, maybe little too expensive but worth it! The room is great, bathroom clean and more spacious than we saw in other hotels in Japan. Coffee, water, drinks available all day, all you can drink beers for super affordable price every night.

The breakfast is great. The smoothies were my favorite part except you can’t leave with it for some reason? I think after 3-4 the breakfast would get boring but if you only plan to do a couple breakfasts here and there it’s perfect! The location is good super walkable to canal city! The shower is also great and the washer and dehydrator are both affordable!

Breakfast is done in time slots and sometimes it seemed a little rushed

Very nice staff, we received a bit bigger room, what turned out to be very important for a 6-day stay. Breakfast good but the same buffet every day. Water and selected juices with tea and coffee available without limitation during the whole day. From 17-20 welcome alcocholic drinks.

Room was a bit too small (149 fsq).

Small fridge, boiler and hair dryer were available jn room. Front desk staff were very helpful too. We were able to store our luggage at the front desk for a few days, before we stay again several days later. Location - It is located in the middle of Tenjin station and JR Hakata station, which is good considering you can access both easily. Minimum 10 minutes walk is needed to get to either station. It can be a bit of a work out if you are carrying a huge luggage with you. But with both stations within walking distance, I guess you really can’t complain :)

Would be nice if there are more place to hang clothes in room

I personally liked the location. It was all within walking distance of restaurants and malls. Just by walking the street, it was easy access to restaurants and convenience stores.

If you are travelling with a small child, maybe upgrade the room to a bigger room because the 'full bed' in the description is not a full bed.
