Location is good, amenities very good and useful, staff are excellent!!! The day we arrived I had a problem with my luggage, and the 2 male front desk officer did all their best to help and cheer me up! They are just adorable! Free coffee at the lobby is HIGH QUALITY--- Lazzo so it is such a warm accommodation... they also have a currency converter machine which I find so convenient... to add, their laundry service is highly appreciated... The room is spacious for Japan standard and having a microwave, basic kitchen utensils, and cups is just super extra mile for me... I chose the ECO-booking but towel change are available at the lobby too! I will surely book at MyStays again in the different prefectures in my beloved Japan!

I guess the hotel set up having an open air going to the room feels a struggle coz it was so cold, but i think in general, it is better for overall ventilation so no, it is not a problem haha... Oh, one thing... the lady who cleaned our room on Dec 4 didn't return the toiletries in their proper place so when we arrived in the evening, everything was in disarray... kinda weird...

The location was good. It was near to Hakata Station and Canal city just around 10 minutes i guess by bus. you can also ride by taxi. The room has the things you almost need like microwave oven and kettle, glass, and plates.

The space was good for 2 person. But just a little narrow. But the good thing is they used that small space wisely.

Good location, bus and underground (subway) in walking distance and a lot of restaurants are in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Useful facilities, like coin laundry and a money exchange machine.

Nice clean room, close to many restaurants and the subway. It was a bit expensive compared to the size of the room, because we went during New Years

The hotel staff were very friendly, they quickly helped to ammend a mistake I made when I booked the wrong type of room, they also provided extra blanket!

We found the hotel near the Fukuoka Big Hall and it was perfect as location. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and help us with the the finding good place to have supper. There were also a lot of different shops around the hotel.

It would be nice to check the cleanliness of the bathroom more carefully - there was hair in the bathroom, most likely the previous guest

The location was good, a number of buses which run frequently and the train station is close by. Furthermore, you can access the airport quite easily. ​The room was comfortable, clean and warm. I especially liked the kitchenette and bathroom. The staff were approachable and helpful. They even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout so that's a plus!!

Nothing I didn't like. The room was as depicted on the website and on booking.com, the information provided was honest so we pretty much got what we paid for.

Great location! Next to many good locations for shopping or just people watching, such as Canal city, Solaria Plaza, Tenjin Central Park, train station, bus stops, etc.
