There was someone in the front desk to help with my check in process.

While I understand they were doing their due diligence, they were repetitively asking if I understood all house rules even though they have given me the flyer already, as well as did a run through of the rules.

Staff is super nice and helpful. Roam is clean, tidy and comfy. It’s convenient for shopping and eating. There are convenient stores and plenty of restaurants.

The bathroom was….not small but seemed i have no place to place my towel and clothes. And most annoying was the shower head. When I hanged it, it kept turning to either sides and I nearly leaned on the wall when washing my hair.

This apartment is so accessible as it's Truly close to the Hakata Tenjin Bus terminal, train stations, malls, restaurants and tourist attractions. I especially like Nakasu as the night view of Fukuoka from here is really astounding. Truly, I cannot ask for a better location. my stay here is very comfortable and the staff were super helpful and friendly,

It was an average apartment at a quite reasonable price. Things were clean, bit old-fashioned, but connections were good and city center is just 10 minutes by walk.

Bit old-fashioned furniture and the washing machine was not cleaned-up, so my clothes were more dirty after washing.

Good low-cost hotel with many compromises. This is located in MINAMI TENJIN, so it's not super close to Hakata station (about 20 minute walk) which is good if you wanted to avoid the crowds in the main city center. There is a washing machine in the unit, but no drying option in the bathroom.

This is obviously an older building, which I have no issues about, but I think it is overdue for renovations. Walls are quite thin, so if you're unlucky and have loud neighbours, you will hear them. I've stayed in accommodations near izakayas before, but this spot has by far been the worst. I really don't recommend this hotel if you are a light sleeper as you will practically be up all night, it doesn't matter weekday/weekend. You will hear drunk people throughout the night to the morning. No front desk service after 7pm, and no keypass/code to enter the facility afterhours. Safety is a bit concerning here. Also, you have to ask for garbage bags.
