The hotel was good with a big room - especially for Japan! The bathroom and toilet were seperate which was actually a blessing. The bed was very large and comfortable which was great however underneath the bed was really really dirty and obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while! The aircon worked amazingly.

Underneath the bed was filthy. The balcony window didn't have a bug visor/screen so I was worried about bugs entering the room.

The location is great, and it's a decent place for the price. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. About 5 minutes walk from major subway and train stations.

The only thing that was a let down is that there wasn't a record player in my room. I saw it in the featured pictures and I was looking forward to using it, even had some records ready. The other thing is that there is no cleaning service, so by the end of my stay it got a little messy, but overall decent place.

Not much! Just didn't realize early check-in could not be provided - so I had to store my luggage in a locker at the station until the check-in time

The extra large bed was comfy and great. The location was perfect for transport and restaurants and shopping. Entrance is quite luxurious and welcoming. Drying racks for washing machine were useful.

No bedside tables for ease of charging electronics. Keeping phone and tablets accessible.

I love that it was close to a market, convenience store, drug store and the subway. (Also Don quijote ;P)

I wish I knew of this hotel during my previous Fukuoka trips, because I looooved staying here. It's an excellent location, like just right near the entertainment district. Plus, it's easy access to any of the other fun spots. My next trip, I hope this place is available.

The quiet location minutes walk away from restaurants and shopping locations.

At check in the console was off line. If it were not for a fellow patriate who made a cell call and got me the key lock code.

Great location. Suitable for those who want to shopping. Close to shopping malls and popular donut joint. Safe area. Good for night walk. Quiet and peaceful even it's located in the center.

Check-in is more complicated than most. You need to both pre check-in and do another one at the site. We booked a room for 3-4 people but there was no space to sit and eat. The beds were hard and you could feel the spring.
