Located in the best spot between Tenjin and Kushida Shrine just past Canal City. Bus stop is right outside and 3 min walk to Tenjin-minami station. Lawson is beside the hotel. Surrounded by restaurants. Just 5 min walk away is Daimaru and Mitsukoshi malls. From our window is the main street and view of Tenjin Chuo Park. Lively and family-friendly location

Wished for a bigger closet to hang clothes but they only have a wall with hangers and a rack

The room itself was nice, exceptionally clean, and quiet. It was a little larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, and had a microwave, small kitchenette area, and a washer/dryer. The AC system worked well, as did the humidifier, and both were easy to use. The shower and tub were larger than those in most Japanese hotels, and worked flawlessly. The bedside lighting switches were a very nice plus, as were the number of USB ports for easy charging. The staff were EXCELLENT, going well above and beyond.

The only thing I didn't like was the rather limited breakfast option. Although it did provide reasonable options for a Japanese style breakfast, the western breakfast was EXTREMELY limited (scrambled eggs and a ham option). They provided coffee and a few other drinks (such as apple juice), but there wasn't much of a selection of tea. I've had much better western breakfasts at Japanese hotels. Being that they charged 1,800 yen per day for breakfast, I expected a bit more.

It's located in the middle of streets so there's a lot of stores (including multiple convenience stores) nearby making it really convenient, inside the room is not very noisy too. It's near the station (can take escalator exit 3 from tenjin minami) quite accessible with luggage and walkable distance to shopping malls, yatai stores area etc. Good for night walk too, feels quite safe (but to be fair, I didn't stay out that late, so up to 22:00 at least, it's quite safe)

The dryer was not working towards the end of my stay, so my clothes were slightly wet, had to airdry them.

Really conveniently located to tenjin and daimyo shopping area, with a Lawsons right downstairs. Love the facilities in the residential room which has a washing machine inside and all the stuff you need for simple cooking. The space alone makes it a rare find as rooms tend to be small in the city area. Appreciate the small touches: washing detergent, pyjamas provided to help save on our washing, free coffee near the front desk, spacious lobby at reception with seats to accommodate large groups. Cute little photo point with their lovely Christmas tree. We also thank the staff for making checkin for a large group of us (5rooms) a breeze. Service is really great.

There were some stains in the carpet and the curtain in the room but it didn’t really impact our stay overall as they provided slippers. The rain shower included jet sprays which would have been nice to use but the water pressure was not strong enough for the massage effect. Pillows were too soft for most of the family but bed was comfortable and clean.

Room had great floor space as compared to other hotels in the area. We had no issues with our luggage in the room and it didn't feel cramped at all. Hotel was also very close to Canal City, various restaurants and combini's. Staff was excellent. They remembered the inquiries I made from 1-2 months back via booking.com chat. They asked if I need any more assistance with the inquiries I had in chat the moment I checked-in. They also helped us book and rebook our airport taxi. Breakfast spread was simple but everything was really good. We only tried it on our last day since we were usually in a rush.

The staff were accommodating and one even spoke to each of us in our native languages. Though early check-in was unavailable, the bag check allowed us to get out into the city. The location is fantastic for first-time visitors, halfway between the two major tourist districts. It's also within 5 minutes of a subway station for a quick connection to Hakata. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Having a queen bed and small day bed next to the city view window were much appreciated touches that made the experience feel more upscale. The laundry was another highlight, as this was the most impressive dryer combo I've used. A large load completely dried without issue.

No early check-in was available but the bag check made up for it.

Our second stay at Tokyu and we were very happy. The location is perfect with lots of food and shopping close by. Highly recommend going to the Yatai (food stalls) nearby for dinner one night, cool vibe.

We couldn’t get the washing machine to work properly despite reading the instructions several times and calling the staff up twice. It would wash but not dry properly even after about 2 hours in the machine. So while it’s great having the machine in your room for convenience it didn’t actually work well for us. One other thing is the check in staff are efficient but not particularly friendly. We traveled Japan for 5 weeks and they were probably the least hospitable, not a deal breaker but don’t expect a warm reception.

Super location in the center of the Tenjin nightlife district. Our queen room wasn't big, but was comfortable with a nice window couch with a great view from the top 13th floor. The large picture windows opened, to let in fresh air. Breakfasts at the adjoining restaurant were not memorable, but there are several boulangeries nearby in the subway with excellent croissants and rolls you can have for breakfast with the excellent coffee always available in the lobby. Nice day bus trip to the very historic pottery town of Karatsu. Visit the Nakatazawa Taoramen Gallery and museum and nearby ancient kiln. Fukuoka Art Museum is excellent! Only a couple blocks to the crowded (overcrowded?) yatai food stalls.

The location is absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw from the station and the vibrant Tenjin area! The staff exude professionalism and are adept at communicating in multiple languages, making your stay even more enjoyable. The room was a spacious gem that comfortably accommodates three people and comes with the a washing machine and dryer which was great for travellers. Breakfast is a delightful experience, offering an exciting variety of Kyushu specialties blended with Western items, and we really enjoyed it. This place is the perfect for families and travelers looking to enjoy a longer stay.

The hotel is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line, and Tenjin Station on the Airport Line is also within walking distance. It’s perfect for getting to popular spots like the Tenjin shopping district and Nakasu. Plus, there are plenty of amenities nearby, like supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies, so it’s easy to shop or grab a bite to eat. Breakfast is served at the Italian restaurant on the first floor and features an all-you-can-eat buffet. While the menu changes slightly each day with one or two new dishes, the overall quality of the food is consistently excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal, and I highly recommend adding the breakfast option if you're a fan of buffets.

The hotel doesn’t have many parking spaces, so it might not be enough for everyone. If you’re driving, you might need to find parking elsewhere. The rooms have everything you need, but some guests mentioned the soundproofing isn’t great you might hear noise from nearby rooms or the hallway.
