Located in the best spot between Tenjin and Kushida Shrine just past Canal City. Bus stop is right outside and 3 min walk to Tenjin-minami station. Lawson is beside the hotel. Surrounded by restaurants. Just 5 min walk away is Daimaru and Mitsukoshi malls. From our window is the main street and view of Tenjin Chuo Park. Lively and family-friendly location

Wished for a bigger closet to hang clothes but they only have a wall with hangers and a rack

The room itself was nice, exceptionally clean, and quiet. It was a little larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, and had a microwave, small kitchenette area, and a washer/dryer. The AC system worked well, as did the humidifier, and both were easy to use. The shower and tub were larger than those in most Japanese hotels, and worked flawlessly. The bedside lighting switches were a very nice plus, as were the number of USB ports for easy charging. The staff were EXCELLENT, going well above and beyond.

The only thing I didn't like was the rather limited breakfast option. Although it did provide reasonable options for a Japanese style breakfast, the western breakfast was EXTREMELY limited (scrambled eggs and a ham option). They provided coffee and a few other drinks (such as apple juice), but there wasn't much of a selection of tea. I've had much better western breakfasts at Japanese hotels. Being that they charged 1,800 yen per day for breakfast, I expected a bit more.

Room was spacious by Japanese standards and very comfortable. I had stayed in one of their hotels in Tokyo and it was very spartan so I was happy with the comfort of this room. Great to have a washing machine and microwave. It was about 10 minutes walk from Tenjin station though very close to Tenjin-minami station.

They didn’t clean once in my 6 night stay, which is not acceptable. Other hotels with the “eco” option clean every 3 days whether you want it or not. Also they said they could lend you crockery but they gave me a polystyrene bowl which is useless for a microwave. I had to buy one at a 100 yen shop.

Visited Fukuoka for a vacation and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Check-in and Check-out process was quick and efficient, reception staff explained everything clearly in english. Room was spacious enough for 2 large luggage to be opened. Bed was comfortable. TV includes smart features such as Youtube, netflix and other streaming services. Bathroom includes a good size bathtub and strong water pressure. Laundry washer and dryer is included inside the room, this is very convenient. Do note that bigger loads of laundry may take quite long. A full load takes about 5 hours for standard wash and dry cycle. Plan accordingly. As our stay is less than 7 days, there was no house-keeping, however there is option for daily change of towels and trash collection (just indicate your preference with a magnetic tag on the door). No comments on breakfast as I did not include breakfast as there were many food options near the hotel. Location is great, there is a bus-stop right in front of the hotel and a few minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Very good overall experience.

No major concerns or things that I dislike.

It's located in the middle of streets so there's a lot of stores (including multiple convenience stores) nearby making it really convenient, inside the room is not very noisy too. It's near the station (can take escalator exit 3 from tenjin minami) quite accessible with luggage and walkable distance to shopping malls, yatai stores area etc. Good for night walk too, feels quite safe (but to be fair, I didn't stay out that late, so up to 22:00 at least, it's quite safe)

The dryer was not working towards the end of my stay, so my clothes were slightly wet, had to airdry them.

Really conveniently located to tenjin and daimyo shopping area, with a Lawsons right downstairs. Love the facilities in the residential room which has a washing machine inside and all the stuff you need for simple cooking. The space alone makes it a rare find as rooms tend to be small in the city area. Appreciate the small touches: washing detergent, pyjamas provided to help save on our washing, free coffee near the front desk, spacious lobby at reception with seats to accommodate large groups. Cute little photo point with their lovely Christmas tree. We also thank the staff for making checkin for a large group of us (5rooms) a breeze. Service is really great.

There were some stains in the carpet and the curtain in the room but it didn’t really impact our stay overall as they provided slippers. The rain shower included jet sprays which would have been nice to use but the water pressure was not strong enough for the massage effect. Pillows were too soft for most of the family but bed was comfortable and clean.

The location is right in the busy Tenjin area which makes it easy to walk to different places and stations. The room is soundproofed. We didn’t hear noises from the traffic outside (12 floor) or from our next door. The room and bathroom is spacious (for Japan’s standard). Having a laundry machine/drier in your own room is very nice. Parking cost ¥200/20 mins with maximum of ¥1200 for 12 hours.

There is no reserved parking and the only 17-18 spots behind the hotel is generally full during day time. There are couple more parking lots a just a couple minutes walk away but keep this in mind if accessibility is your concern.

Great location just about 3 minutes walking off of the subway line. Walkable to nearby malls and across the river. Also close to bus stops. Room was a good size and included a desk and a small couch. Great to have laundry in the room. Staff were nice and were able to help us ship our luggage to the next destination with Yamato (receptionists seem to vary in their English speaking ability but there was one that was amazing and helped us sort everything).

The laundry is a washer-dryer combo so the drying works really slow/not well- you will likely need to air dry your clothes and there isn’t much space/hangers. Pillows are on the hard side and not that comfy but that seems to be a Japanese standard rather than hotel specific.

Check in/out and amenities bar on 2nd floor. Nice and friendly staff. Clean and spacious for two occupants. Washer/dryer combo machine & microwave in room. Comfortable bed, was able to relax very well throughout our 3 night stay. Location was fine, lively area but not terribly crowded. Would definitely return, great value!

Body scrub towel from their amenities bar is very cheap quality, not as good compared to ones provided from other hotels. everything else was good.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tenjin area, and is a few minutes' walk away from the subway. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep on, and the pillows were surprisingly pleasant (this is subjective, and is based on my experiences with hotel pillows in Japan). I really appreciated having a washing machine in the room as well as I could do my laundry without having to leave my room. A massive thank-you to the staff who were on duty when I checked in. I accidentally left my (reusable) mask at the counter when I went up to my room, and they actually kept it aside so that I could reclaim it.

I don't really have anything negative to say about my experience with the hotel as I was there for only one night.
