Location is superb.

Check-in with the Tablet provided at the entrance was a bit of a hassle. It was a Japanese virtual keyboard, hence, when one needs to input numerical digits will take a bit of a mind boggling tackle. There was a contact number (landline) provided for enquiries/emergencies, but foreign tourists nowadays travel with WIFI egg instead of a local Japan SIM card. Hence, making a call out is impossible. Suggest: Provide a hotel's Whatsapp number that guests can contact with message or call. Hotel WIFI is 2 thumbs down. We had our WIFI egg, hence it didn't bother us that much.

The location and the neighborhood was wonderful. The room was welcoming. The facilities were good on the whole, but could be improved further.

HORRIFYING check-in experience. It was automated, unmanned, and rejected 4 different credit cards that I tried; we couldn't get the keys unless we paid (and there was no prepayment option while reserving!), and were stuck at the entrance for an hour on a Sunday night at 9pm. There was a number where the lady did not speak English; so, although she seemed like she wanted to really help us, all of us were helpless! Some kitchen facilities (cutlery, washing liquid etc.) could have been better given the fact that a stove was made available.

I loved the location most of all. It was so close to everything, restaurants, stores, temples, and any area for sight seeing. The room was great as well and very spacious. The bed was super comfortable as well as the cough. The balcony was great and even though my husband was the only one to go on it (I was scared of the height, haha), the large screen doors brought in a great breeze. The room, including the shower, was also quite sound proof!

The hotel is well located, both to visit the city centre and to take the ferry early morning. The room was clean and convenient for a short stay. I enjoyed the view of the city at night and in the early morning, a great point of view to find ideas of places to visit.

The kitchen is too small to aim at cooking anything other than cup noodles. Other point, probably only due to loud guests but at midnight, I could hear them talking, even if I'm unsure if the balcony door was open or not.

Ideal location and walking distance to most shopping area in Tenjin and Hakata. There are lots of places to eat including the yatai’s. Near public transport and subway.

The beds are old and springy. I think it needs to be change.

Location is very convenient and price was great!

Room is a little tight with 2 big luggages ans other bags with 3 adults, however, if used mainly just a place to rest, shower, and sleep it is a good place to stay. beds are also a little hard

The room is better and nicer than most hotels! Conducive and functional! Communication is efficient and professional! In a nutshell, it’s impeccable! Much better and nicer than Hotel Okura Fukuoka!

Toilet wasn’t clean properly this time round. Bits of faeces were stuck on the sides of the pedestal pan! Inconsiderate irritating noisy neighbours!

Clearer instructions on luggage storage would have been more helpful. Inflexible check-in and check-out time.

Long women hairs everywhere!!! On the pillows, on the floors, in the bathroom and even women hair clinging to my clothes in the washer! Disgusting!🤮

The owner/ staffs were nice and friendly. Room is functional.

The next door neighbours were noisy even after 11pm! Could not sleep until they slept.
