Location - while it's Hakata side you just cross the river and it's already Tenjin area. Near a station, Ichiran HQ, arcade, malls, Donki, lots of restaurants and konbinis, Yatai stalls. Our room was spacious enough for our luggages to fit as well since we are 3 pax with a baby. We like that there's a sofa and table. Very comfortable beds. We like the toilet & shower area. We like the room design and aesthetic. Hotel chat quick to respond.

Elevator - the carpet isn't always clean so sometimes it smelled weird inside. No drop off area outside building but only because we rode Uber most of the time. Not a problem if you take the train or just walk. Always ran out of trash bags on our floor.

I didn't know there was breakfast. The place is rather Spartan, but that is to be expected for a great price in a great location. It was a small room with a comfortable, fairly large bed, a tv, coffee pot, shower and air conditioner. Obviously, such a place is not going to be particularly luxurious, but a great place to hang my head for the night. More cozy and private than a capsule hotel, that's for sure.

When I was checking-in, I didn't think to have a pen and paper handy. So when the screen flashed my room number and passcode, I had to say it over and over again in my head so I didn't forget before got to the room. You could warn a guy in the booking e-mail, or something. Also, I wsh we could check-in earlier. 4 p.m. is a bit late, but then again, I understand that it part of why you get a great location at a great price.

The rooms were simple and uncluttered, having drinks included in the price was great. Black out curtained as well as the blinds would be nice since the lights are always on and changing across the river. The ear plugs were helpful since there were a lot of bars and party people out till late.

The windows didn’t seem to be double glazed so the street noise as well as partygoers outside could be heard till the early hours. Although the river view was great, the area isn’t very child friendly after dark.

This place was a good price in an area that you would definitely like more if you're there for nightlife. It's conveniently located above the river near the metro entrance. It was entirely self-checkin which nice to be able to just get to our room without a long queue for check-in. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

It was a bit close to the nightlife for us. The noise wan't a problem. They provide earplugs, but we never needed them. The issue was that for anyone who starts their day around 6am to get breakfast, you'll cross paths with people ending their night from the night before. It never felt unsafe, but I learned to avoid the street behind the hotel.

This property is entirely self-checkin but it was a pretty smooth process with plenty of check-in kiosks. The shared kitchen area was nice and never very crowded. It was helpful to eat an early breakfast there before the rest of my family was awake. The location was also great with the nearby metro station easy to access.

While it might be a positive for some people, the nearby nightlife was not part of what I wanted in my family trip. I get up pretty early to go to 7-11 for a quick breakfast snack and I would always cross paths with the people ending their night even though it was 6:30am. Totally fine. They were never obnoxious around my kids. It could also be avoided by avoiding that particular 7-11.

For the price I paid which was about 6000 yen / night , it think this hotel serves very well . Location is great , just few mins walk from train station , Donki as well . Check-in / out were all done via the tablet on 7/F and inside your room . It's an un-manned hotel but it doesn't bother me at all , will definitely consider staying again =)

Nothing much except if you are planning to store your luggage at the cloak room before check-in / after check-out , there might not be enough security locks available , unless you don't mind leaving it unlocked

Good location and many good restaurants nearby. The mattresses are new and firm which we like the most. Quite spacious hotel room in Japan.

Not enough shelf or space for placing clothes in the washroom. Not even a chair in the room can be placed inside the washroom when taking shower. Maybe place at least one more plastic box or linen bag is also helpful. Housecleaning is suggested to add every 3. nights for changing towels and cleaning the dustbins.

The location was brilliant and only about 2km from shops / train. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was a big smart tv in the room and I easily connected my Netflix account as all tv is Japanese spoken. Amenities are inclusive. There is a laundry and kitchen on the 7th floor for guests and a small restaurant on the 8th floor if you don’t want to leave the building. Convenience store situated at the bottom that has everything.

The beds could do with an extra pillow. One of the washing machines did not work and there are only two. The corridors are very aged and carpets are stained but it did not bother us too much.

No staff for check-in service, used tablet and communciated by email, the staff reply email in time, able to answer the question and helpful. Good location and large room size, fit the shopping propose. The convincent shops and many resturants nearby the hotel, only spent few mins walk to bus stop and train station, very convincent for guest. No car parking service, used coin parking for overnight, very hight cost, sugget to search 24 hrs car parking.

Too high charge for no staff serivce type hotel, like a hostel.

Location was very good. Hotel is unmanned but facilities were clean and checkin/out process very smooth. The room is not large but designed well so it maximizes space. Had a window looking out to the river, really lovely view - was a little noisy but I like being able to hear the street below so that worked for me.

No daily room service etc. Fine for the cost but just to note. Would have preferred more storage space for clothes etc. - could have offered more hangers.
