It is a really vibrant hotel!! There are many sofas and tables to relax by the lobby, as well as a small, shared work area with a kitchenette. There are free drinks every afternoon and music playing in the lobby/bar area all the time. It is a really cool place. The room was small, as any other room in the region. We had a projector screen in the room, which was cool, but did not use it in the end. The room has all the essentials. Breakfast is extensive and cooked, although maybe even a bit too heavy (on the day we were there, they were serving beef ragu); one can choose between western or asian style breakfast. There are also wines available, as well as a standard selection of juice and hot drinks. Excellent location.

The hotel reception is very smart and ability to check-in bags early was appreciated. Our delux twin room was very clean and nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculately clean, the shower had great pressure and the vanity had plenty of room for toiletry bags. The fridge was small but kept our drinks cold. There didn’t appear to be any aircon but the room was plenty cool enough with the air duct system on high. Happy hour with free beer was available from 17:30-18:30. But we had tickets elsewhere at that time so we missed it. Great location for shopping, and the evening food stalls along the river close by. All in all a great stay and would definitely return to this hotel when staying in Fukuoka.

This is a great base to explore Fukuoka. The staff were great when we checked in and allowed me to practice my japanese with them. The room was comfortable with good amenities. There is a great hotel bar that's very stylish and offers free beer between 5.30 and 6.30pm - this also includes lemon sours and highballs. We would definitely use this hotel again!

No air conditioning in the room wasn't ideal but we were able to rent a fan at no charge. The rooms are also a little small, however at the price you can't complain! I think we would go for a bigger room on our return visit.

This place is amazing! We chose this one because of the easy access to a co-working space and it didn't disappoint. We spent most of the time out of the room, however, the room is comfy, you have all the amenities you need and they offer room cleaning or towel changing. Every day you have a happy hour where you get a free beer. It's located 20 meters away from a metro station sp getting there is super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, convenient stores nearby. Super recommended!

They can make more effort into the cleaning aspect. Our bathroom had slight flooding after using the tub because the drain was full of hair (neither mine nor my wife's). I'd say that was the only negative aspect. Overall it's a nice and cool place!

The best thing about the hotel was the location - very walkable to the main city attractions. The hotel also provides parking at a reasonable overnight rate of 1,600JPY, which was very convenient as other parking lots around the city were more expensive. The lobby was beautiful, with a bar in the centre that serves free beer / lemon sours during happy hour between 17:30 and 18:30. Amenities were plentiful too.

We booked a double room, which felt very cramped for two (relatively petite) women e.g. the bed was small, two opened suitcases took up all the floor space, bathroom only had space to turn around on the spot. We felt it wasn't worth the price we paid.

The room was good. Staff were great. But I never imagined I would meet so many amazing people just because the way the hotel is setup. Free drinks for an hour, just before dinner time. So you have a good chance of meeting people to grab dinner with. And the meetup events organized here with some simple games worked amazingly. I met new friends and got invitations for many different countries to visit.

If I have to complain about one thing, it’s that the washing machines could use some love.

Very stylishly decorated hotel which feels newly refurbished. None of the fittings seemed old or outdated. Front staff were friendly and accommodating, they seemed to be able to speak English as well (although I spoke to them in Japanese). Very closely located to one of the main train lines, which is very convenient.

While the area has lots of shops you might want to go to (convenience stores, chain food stores, donki etc), the area can get a little seedy a few streets down if you go down that way. If you're concerned about walking around those kinds of places, make sure to check ahead.

The staff were intelligent, caring, and showed great professionalism. They spoke adequate English and were attentive. There's a free beer every night at the bar which is something I've never experienced in other hotels. They offer rentals for bikes, gadgets, game consoles, and even polaroid cameras. How cool is that?They assisted us every step from check-in up to getting a taxi going to the airport when we checked out. The place itself was very new, hip, and young. The bar is a sight to behold, and the location itself was fantastic. It is just right by the subway which makes our trip convenient and accessible to most great locations. There's an Ichiran ramen and conveyor belt sushi nearby, and other great food places. We had Japanese curry immediately as it was just behind the hotel. There's also a 7-11 which was extremely helpful for ATMs and other stuff we needed during our trip. Don Quixote is literally a 3 minute walk, and the area nearby has great places for bars and nightlife.

The rooms are pretty small for our preference, but that's just the standard of what we experience when we travel to major cities in Japan.

Good location near subway station. Lots of convenience stores, supermarket and restaurants. Room is modern, in good size and very clean, bed is comfortable. AC is cool and working very well during summer. The check-in time is 3pm, but there are tons of space for you to sit and wait in lobby. The staffs are very helpful, help us to book restaurant. Very nice stay

The drinking water dispenser (free drink water) is flowing very slowly on 4th floor. Need to wait a long time to fill up a bottle (which I didn't wait)

The hotel is stunning - very unique design and modern. The location is the best of the best - 15 minuets walk from Hakata station, and in the heart of Canal city with stunning illumination during December, near restaurants and conbinies. The room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby, and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Will come back for sure!

Don't talk on the phone in the toliet - I could hear the entire conversation of the guest above me XD
