The breakfast area is a bit small; you may need to wait outside until people leave. The choice of food is good. The location is superb; Donki and 一蘭 are nearby.

the public bath area is ridiculously small. It was full when I went there at night, and there wasn't a queue. People just crowded into that little changing room and waited for a locker. Additionally, my husband mentioned that there is a female staff member who frequently enters the male changing room. This behavior seems inappropriate.

Room is premium and has bigger space compared to another hotel that I stayed. There is a 24 hours Donki about within 5 minutes of walk away from the hotel and I was able to shop without worry getting back to the hotel late at night. Didn't have a chance to use their public bath if I ever stay in this hotel again I would like to try it out.

As the hotel locates in the middle of Hakata and Tenjin which is not a tourist eccentric area it is relatively quiet, that is totally fine however the exit 1/2 of Nakasu-Kawabata metro station to this hotel has no elevator at all which I need to go to exit 4 instead and the walking distance from the train platform to either exit 1/2 or 4 is longer than I expected. My recommendation to this hotel is that on their official website https://www.gardenhotels.co.jp/fukuoka-nakasu/eng/access/ , please mention which exit of Nakasu-Kawabata to go in order to get to the hotel. Convenience store locates at the behind the front entrance of the hotel which is relatively difficult to find

Love everything in this hotel. Staff are quick to address any concerns and issues (extra pillow, extra towel, SDB code not working) Check in and check out is very easy and convenient. Breakfast has good selection and is affordable. Location is very accessible to train station, easy to locate for taxi. Shopping and eating within the area is also very convenient. Drugstores, Dongki, Convenience store are within 5 minutes walk. Ichiran is located 1-2 blocks away. Onsen is clean and convenient. There is ice cream on the same floor. Vending machines for drinks and ice are available as well. Coin operated laundry is very convenenient for family who need to. do laundry. Love that we get to choose toiletries at the lobby. Love their Shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well

The breakfast is unexpected great. A master was there to serve sushimi don and related dishes. Location is good. It is convenience to go out for shopping and dinning.

The most disappointed is about the public bath. It is too small for such 'big' hotel. It was too crowd to take a bath there every night, even non-peak hour. Full of people and only one pool. And some people did not wash before go into the pool, horrible. There is an outside decorations but cannot get out. I have tried another Mitsui Hotel in Taipei, same experience. Thought I would not stay again with Mitsui if it is not the only choice.

Hotel was well located, close to shops and restaurants. It is very close to the subway station where there is a supermarket and 24 hour Don Quijote. It is fairly close to walk to Canal City and Tenjin. Hotel seemed fairly new, and felt quite upmarket. Onsen was nice and never very busy. Breakfast is very good and high quality (e.g. they have sushi and sashimi).

The view out the window of the room is very ordinary (e.g. facing another building or carpark) so I wouldn't stay here if that's what you're looking for.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, and though the room is a bit compact, it's well-maintained and tidy.

The cost doesn't quite match the value received. Despite having the Mitsui branding and security, the hotel seems more like a slightly upgraded business hotel, yet it's priced at the level of a luxury establishment.

I couldn’t find a single fault with Garden Hotel Nakasu Fukuoka. The location is excellent—within walking distance of a range of shopping options, from Don Quijote to high-end stores and walking distance to Nakasu Yatai area. Lots of food option! The rooms were fantastic, and the check-in and check-out process was incredibly efficient. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I didn’t have a chance to enjoy the bath, but I have no doubt it would have been lovely. Highly recommended!

If anything. Maybe more options for pillow would be nice.

The front desk staff gave very good recommendations for food. Location was great, within walking distance to almost everywhere I wanted to visit. The public bath was also great. We used it daily.

The room smelled like sweaty socks. It wasn't very pleasant but we got used to it after staying in the room for a while.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was not huge but very comfortable beds and very quiet. The location is very central, close to restaurants and street food stalls. Subway and bus stops are nearby. We loved the onsen facilities and the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff members were super friendly and helpful.

New facility. Very clean. Breakfast many choices. I always like hotel that got a sofa chair for sitting down and with a little coffee table so I could try to work a bit during the trip. The room is so small and they still manage to fit one in is nice.

Breakfast room very very crowded. Tight spaces. Parking inside the hotel is very confusing. It got a sign outside say it is full. But when we check in and ask front desk where we could park they magically come up with a parking spot and say to us we can just drive in... To make matter worst, we pay the parking at the front desk and try to drive in the parkade they would not let us in .... so we went back to hotel get a receipt to show we paid already, then they let us in. Obviously the front desk have no communication with their own parking facility.
