This was my first experience in a 9 hours, and I loved it. So much more luxurious compared to other capsule hotels. Clean, big lockers that can fit a big luggage and other personal belongings, a lot of showers, and restrooms, train station 1 minute walk. They provide daily: pajamas, towels, toothpaste+toothbrush, slippers, and earplugs. Close to the airport and tourist attractions!

You can't access the capsule from 11am to 3pm. On this occasion, it was ok for me because I was outside exploring the city all day, but sometimes, when I travel, I still need to access my room on these hours.

Has been the best hostel that I have stayed at yet. The owner had paid a lot of attention to the design of the space, cleanliness and comfort. Really enjoyed the family dinners and the community that it created, as I met some great friends during my stay there. The staff is absolutely amazing and go beyond to help you with whatever it is you need to make your stay pleasurable. Great location, as it’s located right at the end of Bui Vien, close enough to the fun but not too crazy that the noise will disturb your sleep. The bathrooms are a little bit small but there’s a bigger shower located on the second floor that you’re able to use. But I’ll trade that for the cleanliness that is kept throughout the day anytime. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thank you everyone at The Common Room for making my Saigon trip a great one!

The capsule is located inside the mall. You might get lost if you don't study the address well, but it is conveniently located outside the train station. There are a lot of things to do near the hotel. It was well equipped with everything that you will need for the stay. The receptionist speaks English and they explain everything well. The capsule was comfortable and had a good night's sleep. The common area of the capsule was kept clean, well stocked and orderly.

The PJs provided were a nice touch but it would be nice if they had different size options for it - but this is more on preference. You had to leave the capsule at 10 am because they needed to clean.

For those who wants to travel economy travel I recommend this hotel That day I prepared for 400DOLLARS, but when I open this app, 2. nights only cost me 200dollars

The beds in the capsules were comfortable and not overly small - I am 175cm tall and weigh 85kgs and was able to sit up in bed without issue. The capsules are ventilated, reasonably quiet (and the hotel provide ear plugs if you feel them necessary), and have a blackout blind at the door end. Shared facilities were good, the showers are private and the toilets too, and there are plenty of each along with sinks with mirrors in the locker area for ablutions. The capsules are all cleaned every day between 10 and 2 so you have to vacate each morning; some reviews I’ve read complained about this but it didn’t inconvenience me at all. You give your key card in at the desk and when you come back after 2 you ask for it back with your room number. If you’re out doing things during the day, the timings of this are no issue.

My only issue was the lack of space for sorting out luggage. There’s a good sized reception area that quickly fills up with folks eating and drinking and working at the bar seats, so it’s difficult to monopolise that space, and I found it hard to organise my bags in the locker room for the obvious issue of being so close to lots of other people.

The property was very clean and neat. The location was also very good as you could walk into the city (tenjin area) very easily and quick. The bus stop is also in front of the mall so you didn’t have to walk far

Maybe it was just me, but I was lost for a bit when I tried to find the hostel when I arrived. Also the early check out was a bit annoying because everyone had to leave before a certain time for them to clean. A bit regrettable was the fact that they didn’t have a common room to meet people.

This is the first time I’m staying at a capsule hotel! Great location as it’s located at basement 1 within a mall, Exit 6 from Nakasukawabata Station (Kawabata side) Great amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath towel, face towel, toothbrush set and room slippers! There’s also individual locker big enough for me to store my 28inch and 20inch luggage and a backpack! There’s also a space for you to arrange ur stuffs. Ichiran Ramen (open 24hr) was about 5-7 minutes walk away too! The place was well organised- After entered the security door (For Ladies), it’ll be lockers area followed by Powder room and restrooms. Then you will need to slide open another door to go into the capsule pods (Sleep area). It’s cozy and everyone tends to lower down their volume. I have 2 restful nights at the capsule hotel and it totally exceed my expectations!

Just a side note that you will need to leave the place between 10am to 2pm for cleaning up.

Facility was clean with very clear instructions for the guests so that they remain clean for everyone to use and so that guests can be as comfortable as possible. There were enough showers and facilities for the hotel. Location was very convenient being at a subway station. About a 10 min walk to canal city and the yatai there. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have good recommendations.

It was a minor issue but we had to check out every day at 10 am and then recheck back in at 2 so you had to leave at 10 daily turning in your access key to your locker. This is to make our capsules clean. Despite this, they will hold your things for you and if it is available, will let you back in to your locker

Easy to check in, easy to sort everything out, your locker, amenities and pod all easily accessible and staff were friendly. Location is very good, for food and things to do, you're at the heart of nakasu with good links to the best things in Fukuoka

Inside the pod the charging port is behind your head meaning any cable hangs over your face, also the ledges for items such as phones weren't that big. It could also be a problem but the person checking me in didn't know a lot of English, that could be a problem for some travellers. Personal preference but the bean pillow wasn't that comfortable.

You really get the capsule hotel experience (kind of feels like you're in a spaceship in the movie Alien). I also really enjoyed the fact that they give you comfy pajamas.

At first, I didn't mind the price, but it's really frustrating that the women's section is almost times the cost of the men's! I saw that you could stay at the men's section for roughly 3500 yen (about 35 dollars CAD) and for the women, it's 8000 yen (about 80).
