First the location is really good. The hotel is directly on top of the train station so getting around was super easy. Although the rooms were small the sealing were high so you could move around easily in the capsule. They also provide towels, toothbrushes, slippers and all other kind of amenities. The staff were very helpful.

Since it was a capsule hotel obviously there is noise during the night. Even though during my stay everyone was respectful and didn’t make a lot of noise during the night. But if you are a light sleeper it might be a problem. However they do provide earplugs.

The size of the bed is comfortable. They provide towels, slippers, sleepwear, toothbrush set. The shower area is complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton buds, facial wash, comb, and razor. So there are a lot of things that you need not bring. There's a spa also where you and 2 shower units. During my stay, I never had to wait for my turn. There's ample space for the girls to prep and do their makeup. LOCATION: REALLY, THE BEST. There is access from the subway, from Exit 4. After exiting, you can immediately see the sign to the cabin. Just go straight to the 8F. Kushida Shrine is just a short walk. Going to the Canal City can take about 10mins of leisure walk. A lot of bars and convenience stores around the Gate's building. SLEEPING TIME: I didn't even hear if anyone was snoring. It was quiet the whole time I was there. If you are CLAUSTROPHOBIC, this is not the place for you.

Lounge was so relaxing. 24hrs staff on call so friendly the place is so safe they staff is so like and smiling always, and they even come right to your capsule.to give you a morning call in person when you request for it. Facilities are spotless you don't need to check out middle of the day like some Other capsule hotels during the cleaning period. I did not feel claustrophobic even though I have anxiety and I didn't even stay in the first class cabin. Only the business class one.In fact, it felt very cosy and nice. I was very worried that it would be too stuffy and hot since I like to. Since I am sensitive about room temperature and prefer the more cool temperature. However, since it was summer, I thought it would be OK since the AC would be on. the only advice I would give is that the fan control inside the capsule doesn't really do much. So in changing seasons like spring and autumn, where countries like Japan keep the room temperature higher than others you might want to be careful since the overall temperature is central controlled. I would love to stay here again and definitely will book again many more times besides that, and I loved the relaxing hot bath that you can take if you don't mind that japanese style is you need to remove all your clothing to use the public bath.

Great location! Need just a quick ride from Airport and Hakata station, easy to find with friendly staffs. Comfortable cabin to sleep in, exactly like in their pictures and the bed was exactly right to my personal preference (I love hard firm beds 😍) with the side locker to store own valuable was simply too good for the price. Besides, they provide everything for you even cotton pad for makeup cleansing. Common shared zone like bathroom, dressing room and toilet was separated by gender, it was very clean and neat. First cabin chain will be first choice to consider if I ever travel alone again 💜 Nothing needs improvement for me. People respect the rule to no speaking inside, just kind caution for light sleepers as it’s common for this type of accommodation to be able to hear loud footsteps and people doing things with their luggages whenever they are convenient to, so it can’t be help and is no one’s fault, but fyi that the earplugs would help only a little.

You really don’t need to bring anything other than yourself and clothes because they all all the bathroom amenities you need ~ hairdryer, ear plugs, tooth brush, tooth paste, plastic hairbrush, hand and body lotion, face wash, pyjamas and slippers. Also, it is connected to the subway so you can avoid getting wet if it rains. Super cool!

The fact that the curtains for the bed doesn’t close down all the way but to be honest, this didn’t bother me so much. They actually have lots of space for your luggage to be placed near your bed (cubicle) as there’s no space to fit your luggage under bed etc. there are cameras everywhere so I don’t think anyone would open your luggage and steal things

The location is excellent- I arrived on a rainy day, and I didn't have to go outside to reach the place. You can go straight from Fukuoka airport on the train, then upstairs in the mall to reach the hotel. For a capsule hotel, it's very spacious. I stayed in the smaller room, but there's room to stand up and arrange your things. The bathroom and laundry facilities are excellent. They're separated by gender and are traditional Japanese style, and very spacious. There's even a shared bath, which I would like to have used, but they don't allow tattoos. There's a combined washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient to use, and cheap. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There's no kitchen. Also, it's a shame that the shared bath isn't open to guests with tattoos. But overall, I was very happy. If I was in Fukuoka again, I would definitely stay here again.

Plentiful bathroom amenities; no need to wait for anyone to finish. Spacious hallways and beds to sleep although I do recommend the larger room (first class i believe) if you want to store all your luggage in the same room as you. Great location for Hakata area with walkable distances to Tenjin. Fresh towels everyday. Extremely clean environment and amenities.

Lack of kitchen amenities or a place/tap to refill water bottles.

My first experience in a capsule hotel, and it didn't disappoint. The bed was comfortable and the sento-like communal bath was never overcrowded. A good budget option in a great location in the city.

Signage to find the hotel was a bit confusing at first. Obviously there's going to be noise from neighbours who snore, etc. Overall people were very good at staying silent in the cabins, but there's only so much one can do against snoring.

Cool themed capsule hotel. The pods were spacious and the surroundings sleeping quarters were quiet at all times of the day. The community bathrooms were really spacious and had a lot of toiletries for free if you didn't bring your own.

There weren't really a space to store my large luggage inside the pod so I needed to store it in the hallway in front of it. If you have smaller luggage it could maybe fit in but for those with large suitcases, you just need to leave it to the hallway or give it to the receptionist who can store it behind a locked door.

The mattress was thick and comfortable, unlike other guest houses, and I really liked that we have a secure spot where we can store our precious belongings. I was able to store my backpack and sling bag in it. The shower facilities are really clean and offer face toner, body lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner. They even have traditional baths and modern showers.

I really would've preferred if the curtain could come all the way down, or if the lights in the hallway turned off past a certain hour. As it is, it was a bit hard to fall asleep because too much light was able to come inside the cabin.
