We previously stayed here for a night before leaving to Beppu and coming back. The staffs kept our luggages for us, which was a huge help! The rooms we booked were the twin room with river view (one corner). The hotel was able to fulfill our request of having the rooms close. The rooms were spacious, with a huge sofa to relax on. With all our luggages and sofa, the room still had plenty of space. The view from the room was especially nice too, we could see the Hakata Port Tower!! The location of the hotel is nice too, just a few minutes away from the Nakasu station (which is two stations away from Hakata Station and one from Tenjin Station!!). Ichiran ramen's headquarters is around here too!! Canal City Hakata is also around 10+ minutes away, walked by the river... Really nice! Stayed for a total of 1+5 nights! Really enjoyed our stay, recommended the hotel to all my friends🤩!

The rooms were more stunning in person than in the photos. We booked two rooms (one corner king and one king on higher level). The higher level rooms definitely benefit from being elevated above traffic in terms of noise, but I preferred the grandeur of the corner king. The baths were very appreciated as were the washing machines located on every other floor. Beer selection at the bar on level 3 near the baths was pretty good and convenient when you're waiting for the washing machine. Location was good. Short walk to main shopping areas or to train station if you needed to go further. Day car rental over the road which was great for a trip to Itoshima.

Not much. I didn't feel like the humidifier in the room worked well, but then I wasn't expecting one to be there at all. Check-in desk was located in a weird position and made the experience feel a little underwhelming. Not important in the grand scheme of things, but just seems less special than e.g. Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu in Tokyo.

Overall experience was good. Very close to subway and a lot of good dining choices. Around 10 minutes walk to shopping spots at Tenjin and Hakada. Front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant was good, you could also choose to enjoy till 3pm at the lounge or have your order reserved the day before to have it delivered to your room. Sofa bed was even comfortable. The QR code showing the public bath situation and laundry process very helpful.

Lighting in room is too dark. Curtain could not block the light from window in the morning. No space for clothings only hanging rod for coat. Lounge staff in evening was not friendly - rudely took away the menu when knowing we were using token. It surprised me this happened in such a high rating hotel. It'd better allocate somewhere for checked out guests to pack their luggage rather than using the lounge area.

Warm, cozy, and modern. Discreet lobby. Easy access to shops and restaurants as well as buses and subway. Just a stone’s throw from Tenjin. Nice view if you’re on sky floors. Great shower, clean room. Quality breakfast buffet (small but nice) with lots of locally sourced ingredients and well crafted dishes. The hotel has onzen but we didn’t use it.

The breakfast buffet didn’t seem to serve coffee at all; instead, they had this little system where each breakfast guest was given a hotel coin to redeem coffee at the lounge bar after breakfast. We only got two coins so all we were able to get were two americanos in tiny to-go cups, or sadly, just one latte between two people, if we had chosen to combine our coins. However, the hotel offered drip coffee bags for brewing in rooms.

The room we booked was the premier twin room with river view on the sky floor. The room fits 4 person, the beds were big and comfortable. With all our luggages, the room was still spacious. Really love the sofa area, so comfy! The view from the room was especially nice too, we could see the Hakata Port Tower!! The interior design was very modern and everywhere was impeccably clean. I also loved that there was a small onsen in the actual building, which was open late, too! The pillows were to die for, one of the best nights sleep I’ve had.

I think the breakfast was a little expensive for what it was! And the options were slightly limited.

Hotel was just opened at 4 august 2023 so is still perfectly clean. Our room with river view is very nice, but very small, 1 big luggage and 1 small trolley, occupied all the space at floor. Except for this all is perfect. Very good breakfast, perfect location near subway station in the heart of nakasu and staff super kind that helped us in all inquiry.

Absolutely loved the live music when we arrived on Friday. Friendly staff, my wife loved the women's hot tub. We enjoyed the bar everyday all week. The room was hella small though... Super dusty also, had to get the humidifier working otherwise the dust was too much... The best part of the room was that insane shower water pressure! I need to bring that back to the states with me! The location was also great. The city center was a block or two away. All the food and nightlife at your fingertips! Shopping across the street, so many options.

Nakasu Subway was a very short walk away. Two subway stops away from Hakata and one stop away from Tenjin (probably also a ten min walk). Very convenient with Donki just a right turn away, and Riverain mall opposite. There are Yatai stalls but we didn’t manage to eat there as they were closed for Christmas. Love the onsen (public bath) and there are free ice sticks and coffee with a place to lounge too. Very nice modern hotel. Double room was a little small, with space to open just one luggage. The triple room (two single bed with one sofa bed) was surprisingly luxurious and the size of the single bed is in between a queen size bed and a super single bed. My kids aged 10, 11 and 14 fitted comfortably with two luggage opened. Toilet set up is great as the toilet bowl is in a separate cubicle with door.

Great onsen and sauna, with a lounge area as well. The rooms are a great size and attention to detail is evident in the preparation. The rooms are modern, beds are comfortable.

The irons and ironing boards are all located on level 3 and there are none in the room, similar to some European hotels. A fair trek to a room to iron a few things, which isn’t really in keeping with the class of hotel. Breakfast was ok, but expensive for what it was. Suggest going instead to a local cafe. All tea and coffee supplies are on the reception level that you need to bring up to the room yourself.
