Lovely hotel close to stations. There is a don quijote nearby with ample convenience stores close by. It’s not too far from tenjin and Hakata station by train or by foot.

It’s in a prominent night life area which may or may not be to one’s liking but otherwise the location was perfect

It was at the night district and there are many shops and restaurants that are open until night time. It's also walking distance from the station and a supermarket so it's very convenient. The room is slightly bigger than that of a business hotel and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Oh and the onsen is conveniently located beside the washing machine area so you can wash your clothes as you relax and bathe at the onsen area.

It's beside a lot of host clubs and girly bars so if that's not your thing, you might need to stay indoors at night (on the other hand, if you are into that thing then go ahead and enjoy 😅) I didn't like to leave, that's what I didn't like the most. 😄

Great location, close to the metro and right in the city center. Great to have a microwave in the lobby, especially when you buy some bento boxes Staff were nice, and the facilities were very clean

1. Room cleaning is only done on the 4th night, which means oyu need to leave old towels and trash outside each morning if you want them removed 2. It is located in the redlight district, however you won't feel unsafe one bit, and surprisingly it's not noisy 3. Hotel won't help you book a taxi 4. Rooms were small, but that is to be expected.

This hotel’s location is fantastic – very close to the famous Fukuoka yatai and with great subway access for sightseeing and accessing Hakata Station. It didn’t feel like the absolute cleanest hotel in the world, but the room was very comfortable and ready before the check in time. The public bath was great. Breakfast was good and there’s a convenience store right downstairs. I felt like I made the right choice staying here!

The surrounding area has a lot of bars and nightlife so it isn’t the quietest.

I got super lucky because when I arrived there was a street festival happening, so there was lots going on and it felt super fun. The hotel was just what I wanted, central and easy to reach from the ferry terminal. My room was small, but it was enough for a place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was ok. The staff were lovely and helpful. I thought I had booked a room with a canal view, but it was not to be.

Once the festival ended, it turned out I was in a bit of a red light district. Lots of seedy bars for men looking for 'escorts'. But it was safe, and interesting (if a little sad) to watch.

Great location very central to the Yatai, canal town and shopping. The rooms were clean and functional as well as a decent size. The complimentary vanity products and coffee drip filters was also a nice surpirse.

We had two stays and one the first night were on the 8th floor, it was far enough above the street to avoid the noise. the second stay of two nights was on the fourth and we had one night of rowdy noise until around 2am.

My friend was flying down from New York City, JFK AirPort when her flight was badly delayed and couldn’t make it in time. The front office staffs are always so accommodative, understanding and supportive! Told us to get in touch with Agoda and they will Not Charge us for it. So beautiful and kind! Unlike the disgusting and disgraceful Marriott Hotel Surawongse’s team in Thailand! Mean and egotistical staffs. They’ll never come close to the lovely Japanese hospitality.

Nothing. Everything is Perfect.

I like how the lobby and front entrance have been refurbished. The superior twin room is quite spacious. The Wi-Fi was strong. Air conditioning was very good. There was missing breakfast coupon and a strange looking handy cleaner on the desk, but front desk came and resolve issue immediately.

Didn’t like that the double room is dated inside. This is a 3 star hotel. No entrance way for car stopping to unload luggage. The area is sketchy after 9:30pm. Not too desirable for family stay. English proficiency is limited in this hotel. I tried calling and they could not communicate with me in English.

Comfortable, had all I needed for a solo traveller. Good shower facility and heating/In the heart of Nakasu. Close to the subway, easy to get to and from the airport. Love the onsen on the top floor. I booked this Hotel at the last second as I had accidentally booked a smoking room elsewhere (couldn’t handle the smell), I was lucky there was a room available.

Not a deal breaker but sometimes the elevators can be very slow.

Location was good and breakfast was even better
