We loved the calming and refined feel of the hotel. The rooms were also big enough for two people which included two big beds, a small sala, and separare toilet, shower, and sink. Will book this hotel again in the future.

Please offer housekeeping when needed. When requested for housekeeping, I believe they only took out the trash.

Excellent location, walking distance to Don Quijote, Hakata Canal City and many yatai (roadside food stalls) in the area.

No on-site parking but street-side parking was easy to find Rooms were slightly small, and quite pricey.

Beautiful hotel ,walking distance from the all the points of interest,restaurants,shops,etc.Very nice to have a walk in the evening on the river side.

Very few instructions in English,nothing in the elevator,almost nothing in the room,we had many instructions in the room but nothing in english.For the breakfast they have local options or western option,we had a salad but no options for olive oil,vinegar….something to put on it.Guys!You can do better then that!

We stayed one night to catch a ferry in the morning. Wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel was perfect. The gentleman at the reception was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. Everything was new and marvelously clean, very appealing interior design. Sustainable concept regarding all bathroom items. Beds were comfortable. High quality morning gowns were provided. We left before breakfast, but the buffet looked delicious.

Good location, near the city centre and within a 10 to 20 mins walk. You can immersed in the Yatai Culture in the nearby street at night. Highly recommended.

Staff couldn’t speak English. They have an audio translator but it isn’t that useful. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day. No variation at all. Nada.

The apartment was nice and very comfortable.

There was only one issue with getting the code to access the apartment. However, the cleaning staff that were present helped us to get a code. They were awesome!

Well designed room features even in smaller rooms like double and twin beds rooms. Comfy and quiet neighbourhood on Nakasu in comparison to Tenjin which is noisy and crowded.

The gentleman servicing the breakfast was very upbeat and friendly makes it a good start of the day. Food were delicous too. The hotel facilities were new and well design but next time we will probably opt for bigger room as the economy was more suitable for just single traveller.
