I like that it's big. It's the biggest space we've had in all our trips in Japan. The kitchen is spacious and complete. The toilet is good separate from the bathroom. The shower is bigger than most. There is also a separate lavatory beside the washing machine. The place is not in the busy area which is good. It's like we're living like a local. We have to take a short walk around 10 mins going to the station and major establishments. You see Nakasu area is a party place area so the nightlife here is good. Convenience stores are a 1 minute walk. Don Quijote is about 10 min walk. Airconditioner is also working well. I also like thay there is an elevator and the check in process is automated. This is value for money.

Well. I guess that we had a hard time getting in the door. We arrived at 9:50pm since immigration took a long time. They say that we are going to have a hard time getting in if we arrive beyond 10pm. We tried following the directions said on the email and on the app. We couldnt contact the hotel since we dont have a local phone. So we stayed outside the door for like 30 mins trying to figure out how to open it. Anyway, my sister finally got to open it. You have to slowly and eagerly press the buttons, not very fast. Since it's laggy. After that, the checkin process is all good.

Hooks are needed in the bathroom to hang up towels or more towel racks, It would have been great to have some included coffee sachets. Bathroom sink drain appeared to be blocked Our room was right in the hallway of the entrance we could hear people talking and checking in and coming and going. And we were right at the front of the property so heard all the early street noise of garbage trucks

Needed to stay 1 night close to the airport. Comfy room with easy access. Very close to popular restaurants and the hotel was so helpful to us and told us about a yummy restaurant.

I wish some things were labeled in English for guests. Like shower panel. The shower head had a small leak and caused the water to spray out or shower.

within 5 minutes walk from Exit 6 of Nakasu-Kawabata station which is part of the airport line. Room is extremely spacious and clean.

As there will be international tourists constantly staying, suggest to provide instructions in English for the water heater and washing machine. Staff was very good in providing instructions on using the washer and dryer after messaging the staff.

Easy access within 5 min walk from Nakasukawabata station (Exit 6 Fukuoka Asian Art Museum). Easy check-in. Clean room. 7 min walk to Tenjin or Canal city.

It’s unmanned hotel so you can’t leave luggage before check-in time. However, there’re coin lockers near the escalator up to exit 6.

Close to the station and convenience store (Lawson).

It would have been nice if there were an area to eat, the room we got was a fine but lacked area to sit down and eat.
