The room itself was very comfortable and nice. There was a convenient shop nearby and it was useful. I would stay here again, as I know now the problems I had this time wouldn't be repeated next time.

It was very difficult to find the building from the street when I arrived around 9pm, as it was already dark and I couldn't see any signs. Asking a local lady didn't help the situation, as she'd never heard about the hotel being built there. The self check-in took me a while and I saw other tourists were also struggling with it. No staff was around to assist us and the telephone number on the wall didn't work.

The check-in was contactless through a kiosk, and was generally annoying. It was frustrating after a long day of travel, but we gained access to the room, and everything else was good!

It's near the bus station, Family Mart, subway, and lots of good restaurants nearby. At least a 10-minute walk to all of the above. Family of 2 couples and a 2 year old child - the unit was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and it just needs to be shared. Quiet neighborhood Otherwise, we would stay here again when we come back to Fukuoka.

Single shower stall and toilet Washing machine use has to be planned as it's only a 4.6 kilo unit. When you get past those, then it's a very good place to stay

The location was good, not too far from train station (only 10 minutes walk). The room was spacious with clean towels, sufficient amenities, and free wifi. I thought it was small but it is actually a big apartment building.

I saw some other guests struggle at check-in because it is unmanned self check-in system but I had no problem with it. Everything is smooth if you follow the instructions.

The automatic lock didn’t work so, left it unlocked when I went to the combini. It was a good thing I stayed only one night otherwise the door would have been a major problem, and there were no staff at hand. Could only contact staff via email, who seemed overworked having to look after 3-hotels at once.

We did a three week trip and stayed mainly in hotels. My wife is `Japanese and I've lived and worked in Japan, so we both know the kind of rooms to expect for the price. We stayed in APA hotels and got quite used to 'small' compact rooms, but here we got a whole apartment with everything you would expect from an upmarket hotel with loads of space. The location was great once you worked out where it was located, not really central, but close enough to the happening part of town for us to walk to. Highly recommended!

A bit of a hike from the station, but not that bad (but well worth it!).

The self checkin and checkout was very smooth, although we got confused where exactly is the hotel in first place. However we found out that it looks more like a residential building, so we get in. The room was big enough for our luggage and we had everything we need to feel comfortable. The washing machine was perfect for us as travelers.

Perfect for long term vacations (2 weeks plus), for a solo traveler, couple, or small family (won't not do more than 2 adults and 2 children personally)

The only issue I had was the induction cooktop of my particular unit did not work. However I did not realize this until the last day of my trip and forgot to mention it to staff. Likely works in other units.

Our location was less than a 10-minute walk from the station and just a few minutes further to the Tenjin area. The room was nice and spacious, we liked the layout. We didn't expect to use the washing machine but we did and it was useful as they didn't provide extra towels. The water heater and microwave, plus the big fridge were great.

when we arrived after our walk from the station, it was super hot and there was no air conditioning inside the building. Accessing the room wasn't a super big problem, but I did have to pull my phone out each time because I didn't remember the pin.
