Centrally located.Rooms very tidy and clean.

Very convenient location with Tenjin & Tenjin-minami station, Daimaru & Mitsukoshi Department stores within a 5 minute walk. In the opposite direction the yatai stalls & Canal City Mall were a little over 5 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants in the Tenjin area. The room was simple, the shower stall was pretty fancy for the type of room and everything was very clean. The reception staff was very professional & helpful. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Price, it's very common in japan to have very expensive hotel rooms. It's just something that's alot diffrent than what I'm used too. But for the price for this hotel room was decent compared too the others I've been too

So close to the subway. But need to carry all the luggages to climb many stairs to exit from subway. My favourite convenience shop Lawson is nearby. The river and the walking street are nearby too! So many good restaurants can be found there. Staffs are so nice and helpful! Our room was big, the biggest that never seen in Japan! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room type has bathtub and we enjoyed baths almost every night! Coffee machine nears the reception, it was so lucky that we could have a hot coffee while going out to wind. Overall we enjoyed so much staying here! Would like to come back again!

Bed heads were a bit dusty and the pillows were quite hard.

Great location, close to station. Comfortable room, good friendly service of the staff. The breakfast is simple but of good quality.

This was the only hotel were we had to pay extra tax that was not included in the price. It was mentioned on the booking form, but they could have included it in the price. You need to wait in the queue when you arrive late for breakfast. The capacity for number of people that can have breakfast at the same time is limited. When you come early, then there is no problem. The temperature of the airco was difficult to manage for the night. Blankets were relatively thick, so you need to make it realy cold in the room otherwise you get it to warm with the blankets.

We really appreciated the location of the properties, we could easily access public transport and things we wanted to see and eat. Everything else is what you expect from a property like this.

The price, but I noticed in that period a lot of hotels were fully booked and prices were higher than normal. Apparently there was a big festival in that area, during that time. I can't think of anything else, except for some receptionists not fully knowing how things worked, but there was always a senior colleague to help them.

The location of the hotel was great! It was minutes from Tenjin-minami Station and Tenjin Station, Mitsukoshi & Daimaru departments stores, Canal City Mall, yatai stalls and many restaurants. Although the rooms are on the small size, it was to be expected for the great rates. The rooms were very clean with daily change of towels & trash bins. The reception staff were extremely helpful & professional. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great location in Tenjin, near to the subway and buses, with a 24h Lawsons nearby, and Daimaru and the Tenjin Underground Mall minutes away by foot. Komeda's Coffee is in the same building. Love the complimentary coffee and tea machine in the lobby. Room was compact and the bed was very comfortable. Only one pillow provided but Reception provided more on request. Amazing shower, the best I have encountered in a long time!

The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours if they are noisy. Street noise can be a problem on lower floors; I was on the 10th floor so not really troubled except for occasional police sirens. The breakfast is not a buffet but a set of egg, drink, and bread, choice limited. But there are other options in the area so it's OK (for example can walk 15 minutes to Yanagibashi Rengo Market for seafood).

The wifi was sick! And the location was excellent, made it easy to catch the bus or take the subway somewhere. The staff were great, too! I had ordered some SIM cards and had them mailed to the hotel and when I checked in, I didn't even have to ask for them. The room was a decent size and it was great to have Japanese TV.

You could hear a bit from the surrounding rooms or in the hallway pretty often. It wasn't anything crazy or anything, though.

Conveniently located near both train stations. Tenjin and Tenjin-minami. Convenient stores are close and plenty of eateries nearby. Walking distance to Canal City Hakata. Room was spacious, clean. Bathroom larger than most hotels. Windows can open. Bed was comfortable.

What I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of amenities, and the automatic light that turns on when going to the bathroom; certainly wakes you up!
