The hotel had spare umbrellas which I didn’t use but they would have been useful as it rained when I was there. They also had spare toothbrushes, hairbrushes…etc which I used and were good. The room was very comfortable and spacious. There were 2 charging point on the bed frame which allowed me to use my phone on the bed. The bathroom was big and the water pressure was PERFECTTTT. I used the washing machine to wash my clothes.

Located by a convenient location right near Canal City. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Convenience store at the ground floor which was very nice.

The check in process was mechanical and awkward. Even though the front desk staff were kind, I didn't like that they kept handing me many things to either sign or give. Considering that someone has just freshly arrived from the airport and ferry, hotel management needs to consider how the person is feeling once they check in the hotel. I recommend minimizing the things that need to be signed.

The room was fairly small but did include a few wall hooks as well as a clothes hanging area. The view- 10th floor- looked out towards the river, which was nice. The location was good with many dining options nearby and subway stations a short walk away. It is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the JR station, and about a 30 minute walk to the ferry terminal.

The hotel check-in process required us to use a machine in order to get keys to our room - even though we checked in with the staff at the desk, showing our passports etc. It was an awkward and unneccessary step. There was no one else checking in- the lobby was empty- could not see why we had to go through this.

The room was big enough for the two of us. The bathroom was nice and new, and with a ceiling shower that was great. The desk was useful for us as we had some work to do as well.

Depending on your reason for choosing this area, it's right in the middle or at least next to a very busy area. It wasn't loud or anything on our floor or room, so it wasn't really a problem, but it might be if you bring a family.

Excellent location that many restaurants surrounded, just 5-8 minuts walk from Tenjin subway station and canal city, quite convenient for shopping and eating; Supply of cleansing cream and lotion; Efficiency for self check-in and check-out

The room was new and comfortable, though small, I was able to open one medium suitcase and one trolly. The bed was very comfortable. The room had floor to ceiling window, so it was very nice and bright. Very nice japanese breakfast. Very helpful and nice staff. 5 min walk to subway, many restaurants around. I definitely would book again.

Staff was exceptional! They were friendly, always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to help us get back luggage that we had lost on train to the hotel. This really blew us away and we were touched by that kind gesture. The location of the hotel is really good and everything was really nice - loved the bathhouse!

Great location centrally near restaurants and eating places, very considerate and welcoming staff, free toiletries and next to a combini, very clean

Very central position, 15 min walking distance to the main bus/train station "Tenjin". From there, it is possible to visit the most of the central attractions of the city. The room was large enough for the price we paid. I recommend it for long stays (>5 days)
