close to Subway Tenjinminami station and konbinis. Family mart and 7-11(if im not mistaken). Just 2 stations away from Hakata Station. Closer when using Exit 6 Tenjinminami station but the lift/elevator is at exit 1 and 2.

The main room is carpeted and was not thoroughly clean. Still saw hairs in the gap between carpet. I think if you leave the floor as it is (without carpet), it could be better. I do think the unit fits nicely for 2 persons and not more than that. No extra toilet papers. Only 1 sachet of detergent for laundry provided. No dryer. Out of shower cream during my stay. I know you have stated that you won't replenish but considering that I stayed there for 7 nights, you should provide me the full bottle of shower cream and extra toilet papers.

The room was clean with plenty of amenities. It's basically a small apartment with a simple kitchen. My girlfriend and I stayed in it and didn't trip over each other too often. The balcony was a nice feature - nicer in cooler weather, I'm sure. There are convenience stores not far away. The metro is a bit of a walk, but not terribly far. The room was quiet - we almost never heard or saw the neighbors. The sign-in system (there are no on-site staff) takes a little work. Make sure you look at all the information provided before arriving and on the kiosk.

The room could use more outlets for charging devices and more hooks in the bathroom. Also, the trash cans are labeled Combustible and Incombustible - but we weren't clear what trash items should go in which basket. Maybe a brief description card could help non-Japanese tourists?

The first room that was given to us was very clean to be honest. The only bad thing is the smell. I think someone smoked in the bathroom and it was really really bad. We urgently messaged Residence Hotel and they offered us another room in just 10minutes. Thank you for the fast response.

The internet is a bit slow since we don't have our own wifi. We were connected to the wifi of another room.

Self-serve check in. They provide microwave oven so that we can heat the food. Also laundry detergent to let us wash our clothes(sweating in Sep). Tho we stayed for 2 nights, they gave us 2-day utility. It's pretty quiet in that zone. We spent 12600 yen for 2 nights for 2 adults. As the price, the hotel is good.

The password of the room from the machine is wrong. The elevator and the space of room are so small. The bed is a little soft and not much big.

The apartment was new, clean and beautiful, in a central location. It was at an high floor and with a nice city view on the city, kindly satisfying my request. The bed was comfortable. The checkin online was quite easy.

There was some smell from the washing machine closet. If the shower ventilation fan was off, the smell was spreading for the whole apartment. But with the fan on, there was no problem. There is a bit to walk for the metro stations, but not too far.

Location was in Tenjin, so it's convenient for exploring the area. Seemed like it was a new building. Had a washing machine but being winter I wish it had a drier as well.

The entrance light had a sensor that you can't turn off and would turn it on anytime you moved around. This can become annoying especially at night,

Love it, about the location and facilities, I can cooked some food for my kids at night when we back hotel, and also refrigerator inside really helpfull❤️

Clean less at the toilet, when we come and my kids wanna pee, looks like didnt clean properly. And some plate like didnt wash properly too.

The room was clean and comfy. Not really as pictured, which was a large part of the reason I picked this hotel, but we had no complaints either. We were only here for one night, but there were a lot of facilities in the room. Check in was easy and quick. I would recommend it 😊

Surprisingly roomy. Very near to downtown, shops and restaurants and price is relatively good.

Though “unmanned concept”, I think there should be someone guest could talk to for other stuff.

It is within the city. No need to ride a train or taxi when you go shopping.

We had a hard time getting inside because there was no English translation in the booklet on how to operate the door.
