The location was great--it was just two blocks from Nanakuma Line's Watanabe-dori station. From there, it was just two stops to Tenjin, and 3 stops away from Hakata station. For the couple of times we had to use the Nishitetsu Omuta line, we had to just walk 10 mins from our place to Yakuin station. There were also convenient bus stops nearby. The rooms itself were great--just as pictured. It was really clean, fully stocked, and there were clear instructions. Bed and pillows were comfy, the balcony was great especially when we had to dry our umbrellas. It made a difference that the toilet and bath/shower were separate so people can use them separately at the same time. The laundry machine was easy to use, and there was a laundry basket and detergent available. It was quiet--you can't hear neighbors within the building or outside. Really recommend the place!

Directions can be tricky if you use Google maps. If you are going there by train, get off Watanabe-dori on Nanakuma Line--it's a closer stop!

The location was good, the apartment size was ok for a family of 4. The bathroom was great - good sized bathtub and the bathroom itself is a dryer to dry your clothes when you do laundry. The kitchen is also well equipped with utensils to eat, with stove, fridge, microwave & kettle. There are Family Mart and 7-11 nearby, and you can walk for about 10 mins to the Tenjin Station & PARCO mall.

There was no knife, the frying pan's coating was bad and due to this, we didn't cook. We are aware that it is an unmanned hotel, but providing a cleaning service would really help with guest experience.

ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ในระยะเดินไป canal city, nakasu night food stalls, many popular IG restaurant in the area the room is very clean with all kitchen amities large windows, separate toilet and bathroom cloth washer also available got 6 car parking space, need to pay, but for a night around 1200 yen

firstly, there are several types or layout of the rooms but in the booking, it shown randomly only one of them got working table the rest will got only living room area with low height table so can't really do the working on your notebook when the room need to fit 4 people with 4 luggage we need to use living area for the luggage so the room layout got some issue one this matter - working table - space for luggage

The hotel was modern, easy check in (unmanned), and reasonably close to down town Tenjin. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequate.

Pillows were like a lot of hotels in Japan, uncomfortable and flat. Fridge stunk, as if something has been left in there to rot, so couldn’t use it. Checkin like most hotels in Japan is ridiculously late at 3pm (some were 5pm) and being unmanned means you can’t leave your luggage anywhere until checkin. They don’t like to bend the rules and allow early checkin, even if the room is ready.

Nearby, there are many convenience stores which are very convenient. The room pictures are consistent with the actual room, overall clean, and the check-in process is very smooth. Even though there were no staff at the hotel, timely responses were still received through Google Forms.

I can understand that cleaning is not done during the stay at an unmanned hotel. Still, when I inquired about replenishing supplies that were used up, the response was that because it is an unmanned hotel, there would be no replenishment, which I felt was unreasonable. There was also a request for an extra quilt because it is cold at night, but the response was that an additional quilt would not be provided.

- For drying washed clothes, the heater in the bathroom, serving as the "dry" setup, functioned perfectly. Additionally, there were enough hangers provided. - The room featured a balcony, although due to being situated on the first floor, we opted not to keep the door open for security reasons. Nonetheless, having the balcony helped to circulate the air within the room. - In comparison to typical Japanese hotels, the accommodation was spacious. - It was within walking distance of Tenjin and Yakuin. - Despite its central location, the area was quiet at night, offering a peaceful atmosphere. - The lobby space was useful.

Nothing major - Sitting down to eat food could be challenging. While there was a couch and a small table provided, they were sized more for Japanese proportions (which suited me fine). However, I wasn't comfortable eating at the table, especially considering it was placed on the carpet. - There was a small sink and mirror located closer to the couch. I assumed this was the designated area for tasks such as washing hands and brushing teeth. However, I found it a bit awkward as it was distant from the bathroom and situated almost directly on the carpet. (Alternatively, perhaps we were intended to use the kitchen sink for such tasks?)

The location was wonderful, just half a block off of the main road and easy access to subways, restaurants, and attractions.

There is no on-site staff and accessing the lobby was an extreme challenge. Access directions, particularly when booking from third-party travel sites like booking.com was extremely difficult to understand. As a foreign traveler with no access to a phone, we felt lost.

Hotel location is very good, can go restaurants and shopping malls by walk. High privacy, no cleaner will access your room during your stay. With a small kitchen, washing machine and the bathroom has laundry drying mode, the hairdryer is nice!

You have to dispose the garbage by yourself, no additional garbage bag will offer. No one will help to refill tissue. Only can contact the staff via iPad, if you need something emergency, you may have to wait around 15 minutes for their staff to come. Cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

The location is superb. Near the subway station, convenience store and supermarket. Cleanliness and comfort is definitely a thing for Grand Base Fukuoka Tenjin. Indeed, a home away from home.

For better service, cleaning the room and collection of garbage is highly suggested. And also hope to have a baggage locker where we can leave bags for a moment.

It was a very good experience in terms of location and facilities. Although I was worried since it was my first time in this city and my first time using self check-in, the process went smoothly. I loved that there were trendy restaurants nearby, and the subway station was close. The area was quiet and clean, which I really appreciated. I would like to visit again!
