It’s a new hotel so most of facilities are new and fair for the price. Staffs were nice but I don’t know if they can communicate in English cuz I can speak Japanese but I had no issue

It’s not a hotel’s fault but people are just don’t clean sinks after using it so there’s like hair and I felt kinda disgusted by it

Everything is perfect, it's big, confortable, shower and toilet are excelent, the semi private room is basically a private room, the room for eating is very nice, the only reason I give 9 instead of 10 is because of the smoking room

The smoking room is the only bad thing, eventhoug is separated from the rooms, is so close to the entrance so every time you come in and out it smells very strong. Also I am really sorry for the guy that gets the room closest to the entrance, the smoking smell reaches it

Great amenities provided. Affordable price. No eating allowed in the room or cabin area. The third floor is where you can eat. You walk around the floors in your socks or slipper if you buy and lock your shoes at the entrance. The bed area has a sitting area that is interesting and a tv inside as well. Just be aware of loud noise to not disturb others staying.

You do share the cabin with other guests. If you go for the semi-private you’ll have your own little walled corner with a small desk and a bed. Very tight corner but great for solo travelers. Noise can be an issue at times from other stayers so being earplugs if needed.

Nice room. The room has one chair, a small desk with power outlets built-in it and a personal locker. There's an option for towel renewal for those that stay more than one night. I found the mattress to my liking. On the third floor is a lounge with a microwave and an electric kettle for hot water. There was a tv but I haven't used it. Another power outlet near the pillow. Overall - fine place to stay the night.

No air conditioner, even in the nights of late november, it was somewhat hot inside the room. The only air circulation was a built-in small opening in the bed which you could rotate but the output is low. The locker for the shoes is not that big as my boots were pretty massive and I had to shove them inside by force. Not a problem for normal or low boots/shoes.

The location is perfect because it's in Tenjin (Watanabe doori) so you can go anywhere from there. The capsules are very good! AC, alarm clock and even TV. The showers and bathroom are good too. The best thing for me is there's no need to leave the capsule every time because of the cleaning hours. You need to tell the staff you want your capsule to get clean. If not, they'll leave everything as it is and you don't need to leave the capsule earlier.

Since I traveled for the Pokemon event in Fukuoka, the price increased too much for a capsule hotel. I think for the price the slippers and shaving razors could be included in the free amenities. The lockers are too small and if you're traveling with one big or 2 suitcases it'd be a bit complicated (anyway there are spaces for the luggage) If you want more privacy and space for luggage, you need to book the private or semi private room. The breakfast has not too many options for a well known cafe like saint marc cafe

The facilities were really clean. Staff spoke English and were always kind and helpful. Pillows were really comfortable, finally a pillow that's not a flat pancake. The location is great, a lot of good restaurants around and konibinis nearby. Very close to subway station. All in all, I had a comfortable stay, and for the price, I would recommend to other solo travelers. Fukuoka is a beautiful city that isn't overcrowded with tourists. I had a great time here.

The duvet covers are horrible, they barely hold onto the duvet. Everyday I would wake up with the duvet and the cover separated. The bathroom and shower amenities have questionable placement. The bathroom has a sink and hand dryer, but no soap. The shower room has sink and soap, but no hand dryer. Just put some soap in the bathroom. There is no "keep quiet" time. Sometimes, the guests start packing their bags well past midnight. If you're a heavy sleeper, then great. But if you're a light sleeper, good luck. I didn't get much sleep before my check out because of this.

The cabin is spacious enough for one person. You can also store your large luggage above the locker if you're booking the semi-private cabin and you're staying for more than a night.

If you have a JR pass and intend to travel long distances, it's much better to book somewhere nearby Hakata Station.

Convenient location for Tenjin and Hakata. Fresh towels daily, but you need to exchange them yourself at the specified timing.

Walls were thin and the two Korean tourists in the room beside me always talked very loudly. Not sure if they provide earplugs but I had my own thankfully. Cabinet is small and couldn't fit my luggage inside. There's a locker room on the third floor but I didn't make use of it.

We booked the semi private room which gives yourself a little private area and a desk in addition to your capsule bed. It was surprisingly nice though a little cramped but for just a bit more is definitely worth it. The area is amazing, being right in the middle of Tenjin with lots of good food, shopping and public transport very close by.

Inexpensive and clean accommodation near Tenjin, Fukuoka's downtown area The semi-private cabin I stayed in this time is almost a private room and not like a capsule hotel. A set of towels is provided for each day, making it an ideal accommodation for a solo male traveler.

As for sound, it is open and needs to be addressed.
