Location Good variety of breakfast choices

Mattress is too soft and I felt like I slept on the wooden bed frame Would be better if there is 2 day menu cycle as I stayed for a week and I ate the same breakfast for the whole week Room is too dark No bath chair , anti- slip for bathtub and bathroom for guest to borrow so I ordered the above 3 on line and sent to hotel in advance

The Richmond Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin is located at a practical spot, less than half an hour walk from the Maizuru and Ohori parks, as well as to the train station. It is also right next to the Tenjin underground shopping as well as to the many malls - So you'll also enjoy quite some practical aspects! Rooms are very functional, though not very large.

The hotel being right next to a busy road, if you're sensitive to noise remember to ask them for a room on the quieter side.

Good enough location, couple mins walk to the Tenjin underground walk. Very convenient, but look carefully which Richmond you booked, there are two near Tenjin station and the taxi took us to the wrong one and we tried to check in then I realized we were at the wrong Richmond. Wasted so much time as we have to walk in the rain for more than 1kg to the right hotel.

the room was quite small, but you get what you pay.

Good location, near Subway exit, shopping street and local street food (Yatai) Nice staff, can communicate in English. You can see the laundry status in your room.

We choose Eco type for cleaning the room. Not recommended. The price are very expensive on weekends.

The staffs are nice and speak politely. Location is very near to train station, which is a plus. Just the room abit small. Overall we are happy with the stay.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable beds, good size rooms and bathroom tubs.

No gym. Rooms are a little small. We needed to split up into different rooms with a family of 6.

Location and staff both excellent

Did not like having to choose cleaning options. And had to do this on the TV screen. Got it wrong and there was no cleaning that day, no fresh towels etc

I love the location. It is easy to access to many places and walking distance to train station.

The room type I wanted to stay was full so I had to choose the smaller one.
