Very good location, impeccable appartment and good self check in instructions.

Despute exhaustive and detailed instructions for the self check-in there was one crucial information that was missing. Since this apart hotel operates unmanned, the front door is locked. In the detailed instructions, it is written nowhere how to enter the building. After numerous trials for about 15 minutes, we tried using the room code and pushing the # button and it eventually worked, but this was a wild guess. When we came back in the evening after dinner, we came across another couple in front of the building that was experiencing the same issues we had that afternoon and we helped them. It would be great if you could update your check-in instructions with this info.

The apartment had two rooms, one had a fold out sofa bed and we could close a sliding door to separate the rooms. This really helped because one of the family is a light sleeper and could have more peace. The apartment itself has plenty of room a good kitchen, washing machine and good shower. very comfortable. There is a good bar across the street and a Lawsons only 100m away.

There is a light next to the door on an automatic sensor that switched on every time you went to the toilet. This was disturbing to others in the middle of the night and I could not find any way of turning it off.

This is one of the best place I stay in Japan , very good room , clean with all the facilities of living , big size room is very good for 2-5 people stay and very good location , there is a Lawson 30seconds by walking. The owner of the house is super helpful and reply the message very fast , the cleaning staff also do a very good work , I’ll choose to stay again next time

The location was excellent. Everywhere is just within 15 min walk away. The host respond was fantastic and very committed to meet our requests. Definitely will come back again.

Great location. Very close to underground station. many stores, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Room is clean, with towels and slippers. air con is just right. with cooking facilities, also toast maker and microwave. u can cook ur own meal if u want. staff reply to msg via booking.com rather quickly. very responsible staff and keep us updated always.

No luggage storage after check-out time. need to use coin locker in underground station if u need.

Great space! Very roomy, especially after just having come from Tokyo. Two beds, toilet, bathroom with a nice, deep bath, kitchen, and dining area. We had no problem getting in (got the room number and passcode by noon just as the guide said). The beds are firm, which we liked and we passed out as soon as we laid on them.

We drove here and all the roads around the building and area are small one-way streets, so if you miss the parking the first time around, it's really hard (at least for a foreigner) to navigate back. We ended up parking in a paid lot near a convenience store about 2 blocks down. Not a big deal if you don't mess up like we did, just a heads up to take your time when parking. There are a bunch of paid lots around the building too, so it should be really accessible if you don't panic like we did.

easy to find, close to the city center, easy to walk around, the supermarket is close to the hotel, the room is quite spacious and the beds are comfortable

There was only 2 free parking lots at the hotel which is first come first-served and were alrealdy full when we arrive so we have to park in the paid parking lot next to the hotel which cost us quite a money.

Easy to follow instructions for entering building and room. Self check in was convenient. Nice to be able to drop bags off before 5pm. Liked the guide book inside the room. Really nice place to stay a few nights. Beds were hard but not uncomfortable to us.

Ac was not very cold. Would be nice to have a fan inside the room to help cool it down.

10 minutes walk to Tenjin shops and Canal City. Love that there is a washing machine for me to do laundry. the bathroom has a drying setting to dry the wet clothes. A really comfortable stay for my family with a child and toddler. Highly recommend this place to families especially!

5pm check in time was a bit late especially when we arrived in Fukuoka in the morning. The property was kind to let is drop off our luggage from 12pm however.

Great location and nice room layout. Walking distance to Tenjin, Nakasu and Canal City. Lawson right next door and nice restaurants all around.
