This is my second time staying in Candeo Hotels Fukuoka Tenjin. It is in a perfect location if you like to shop in Tenjin. It is near lots of restaurants, and the famous local Yatai. The hotel has nice hot baths, both indoor and outdoor, and also a sauna. Very easy process for fast checkout too. Their breakfast is nice. Alternatively, a cafe next to the hotel building provides simple coffee and toast breakfast options.

Hotel provided limited parking lots for guests. I made a reservation for a parking lot (via booking.com email communication), however, it was not recorded in the system.

Great central location. Easy to get around with plenty of convenience nearby. Rooftop bath was great and is one of the main reasons we book with Candeo. Nothing beats a relaxing soak after a day out in the city. We had a great breakfast at the buffet (worth the price!) Staff was friendly and easy to check-in with limited Japanese. There are quite a few Yatai stalls scattered around the hotel if you're looking to try a few.

We tried to make a room change via Booking.com messaging, but it confused the staff and we ended up with a Queen instead of a King. I would not make any changes via messaging in the future. This is more of a Booking.com issue rather than the hotel for not letting us make a room change easily without cancelling and rebooking.

Rooms, at least the one I stayed in, was large enough for a Japanese city (Fukuoka is not Tokyo but still). And, well, there's always to last floor's onsen.

Of all the Candeos I stayed in, this one is the least pleasant, maybe one of the oldest. Rooms are a bit out of fashion, the onsen is kind of small, and the hotel is located just off a very busy street. So don't forget your earplugs...

Location is near to subway stations and lots of eateries, grocery store, and shopping. It's not crazily overcrowded like Hakata Station. Public bath is good after a day of outing.

Out of the 5 nights stay, one night I had to wait for about 5 minutes for a locker in the public bath. However, it was still quiet when soaking in bath. Not crowded.

very kind hotel staff, very spacious room, comfortable beds and the spa area was a big plus for a relaxing evening. there was a major subway line close by and the subway line to the airport was also a few minutes foot walk away from the hotel

Very nice hot bath facilities. Great location which near lots of restaurants, local cuisine and shopping. It is also near famous Tenjin underpass shopping street is very nice！ There is a nice cafe next to Candeo. You could get free breakfast toast if you order a drink. The breakfast toast is yummy!

Many people using the hot bath. The dressing area for ladies is a bit too small. But hot bath, sauna are all good.

Accessible to public transport (highway amd city buses, subway, train, Nice to relax in the public bath at the end of each day. The ice maker at 9F is useful especially during summer.

The toilet and carpet can benefit from deep cleaning once in a while. Elevator needs a deoderizer especially during breakfast.

Everything was great. Location was convenient and close to the trains, just 1 stop away from Canal City Hakata. Public bath was clean and comfortable. We only got 1 towel per person which I used for the public bath and dumped to the laundry bin, but the next day when I needed another one, they quickly provided it to me when I went to reception. No issues.

Great location! All the staff is very nice and helpful. Loved the room and the bed was super comfortable. The onsen is very nice and clean, womens side had everything you need to get ready and big enough to not be cramped. This was my second stay and i will be back again!

Great location, clean room, and a desk for using the laptop - not so common in hotels nearby. The hotel is surrounded by cute restaurants and bars.

The breakfast ends at 9:30, which is a bit early.
