location was great, near and easy walk to Hakata station. there are lots of small mom/pop yakiniku, yakitori, convenience stores and others food place nearby. Initially the WIFI wasn't connected but we figure it out since the router was hidden under table and wasn't plug in.

1) need more hangers and cups since it sleeps 4 2) I have informed the owners to remove the room slippers provided. it's very smelly and quite bad ... 3) the Toilet need a place to put our clean/dry clothes to change. Suggest to put up some hanging points .. easy fix.

All about the room was nice. The bed was comfy, the secluded area for the futon was nice and overall the interior was in good shape and nicely arranged. The house is in a quiet street, but the main train station and bus stations are not far away.

The biggest negative was the slightly loose handrail from the ladder to the upper part of the room, where the futon was. But it was not dangerously loose, nobody has to be afraid. That is already complaining on a high level.

Very friendly hosts. Always able to answer questions quickly when arose. Great as a base for longer stays. Facilities provided meant eating in was just as easy as eating. Strong Internet provided. Nice quiet areas. Apartment in good and clean condition.

The location was close to Canal City. There was everything we needed, including washing machine and microwave. The room was cozy and nice.

The temperature of the first and second floors was too different, but it wasn't a big problem. Walking to Hakata station with kids can be hard.

It was so good. It is a clean and comfortable accommodation. The staff was kind, there was a famous shrine right in front of it, and it was very close to tourist attractions. I will book this accommodation for my next trip.
