The hotel is nice and well located. Can walk to many point of interests, it is also very easy from / to Hakata station Room was big enough, with a very functional bathroom Spotless clean

Bed too hard to my taste Also, they have a movement detector light - while it is supposed to help if you would wake up for bathroom in the middle of the night, it is a) not needed in a small room, b) way too sensitive (could switch on when I was moving in then bed, c) not friendly when there are 3 people and 3 beds in the room, and the light would wake up everybody! No Breakfast is not very convenient - even if there is a few place at walking distance

Very Spacious , close to convenience stores, Hakata station and next door ramen eatery which opens till 11pm Hotel also has a shampoo bar which you can choose from a variety of Japan’s popular shampoo brands Washing machine inside room is very useful to have . Detergent is provided . Note there is no dryer but clothes dry v fast with the dryer function in the shower room .

6.30am to 9am no staff at check in counter . We needed help to book taxi to airport but luckily we managed to order taxi thru didi ourselves. Pillows are too flat. Other than that , everything else is great

It’s a good location, close to shops and restaurants. It’s a good-sized room and it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also liked the fact that we could have a choice of shampoos that were available for us to take freely from the ground floor.

It is something that I am sure happens rarely but while we were staying there, the fire alarm went off, probably due to some malfunction but it did go on for a while before being resolved.

We were in a 4 bed family room. We Liked the location, room set out, TV with youtube, kitchen, quiet area, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the neighbourhood. Plenty of towels and cleaning gear. They stored our luggage before check in and after check out. Quality pod Coffee and -maker. Full size fridge. Everything worked.

Very hard beds, so hard they gave us pain in the ribs and hips. No plates, kitchen ware or cutlery. Many reviews mentioned this but the hotel apparently does not want to listen or improve. Guests take note, bring knifes forks and plates. Did not like the barstools. Looked good but useless. No instructions on how to adjust aircon or TV or a central monitor tablet. Did not like to have to wait till 3 pm for check in even so the room was cleaned and ready to move into much earlier. An enjoying Japanese thing.

The room was spacious! 62 sq.m.was good for us. the layout was perfect for a family, with some private parts with 2 beds and another 2 beds in the living area. love the kitchen space, too. There are 4-5 paid-parking spaces nearby the hotel to choose.

Lobby was very small. Crowded when a couple of families enter the lobby at the same time. No proper front area for temporary parking to bring luggage down from the car. Need to park half the car on the road. The hotel is far from public transportation so plan it well if you are not driving there. I didn't take the sandwich breakfast option as people reviewed it to be overpriced and meh.

Located near Hakata station..just 8 minutes walk away. It is also close to many eateries. There were nice yakitori and yakiniku restaurants nearby. Shampoo bar provided at hotel lobby was interesting. The hotel is like an apartment but it is staffed. No room housekeeping for the two nights we stayed there but it was okay. Read that cleaning will be done every 4 days if you are staying there for a longer term. Room is well equipped and rather spacious.

Just a small matter. TV is located in a weird location. Can't tilt it to view from the bed and the table and chairs placed in front of the TV are too close for viewing comfort.

About 8-10mins walk from Hakata Station to the apartment. The selection of shampoo & conditioner from a range of brands at the reception area is a huge bonus. Staff at the counter is helpful and used a translator to communicate with us. Room size is acceptable for a family of 4.

Clean, beddings comfortable, location is good, walking distance to tourist attractions, supermarket and Hakata train station (although dragging your luggages to the hotel from the train station can be challenging!).

Kitchen is furnished with basic utensils. If you need plates, bowls and cutlery, you’ll need to get them from front desk. Rice cooker is on rental basis.

The room was huge by Japanese standards and was more akin to a studio apartment with a kitchenette than a hotel room.

There was no driveway or sheltered area to unload our bags from the car. So we had to stop along the street to unload. Luckily the street wasn’t very busy. It also isn’t particularly close to a train station so be prepared to walk a bit.

Location is good, many restaurants around Staff are very nice and helpful

Some stains on the carpet in room Mattress is a bit soft Seems more hooks can be put on wall us to hanging bags and stuff as we are 3 family members stay, seems not enough shelves/ carbinets to put things, we can only leave on beds in day time and put them back in luggages at night ⁹b
