Coming after nearly a full day of travel with two international flights and a domestic flight, this hotel was a godsend. Easy to find from the station, helpful staff got me into my room and resting quickly. Premium location with an easy access to Hakata Station for daytrips beyond Fukuoka, Nakasu for yatai and nearby kombini to cover basic shopping needs. Comfortable bed that was high enough to roll my carry-on under, helping keep the room clearer. Firm pillows are hit/miss for people, but it worked for me. Not super fancy, but got the job done nicely.

Hard to even list room size given the space under the bed, but it was objectively small, like many Japanese business hotels. There was only one pillow in my room, and it was not the largest, either. Breakfast was pretty average, a quantity over quality affair. Not much of a view from my room? Nitpicking at this point though.

Took a little bit to find the first time, but the location itself is excellent. A close walk to the station but not super busy as if it were right there. Great value, extremely friendly staff and a very comfortable room. A very easy recommend and it will definitely be my first choice as a place to stay when I'm in the area again.

Nothing really. It is a business style hotel so the room is not overly spacious and there aren't overflowing amenities but if what you care about in a hotel is a quiet, clean, well located place to relax and sleep after a long day of exploring then you can't go wrong here.

Great location, very close to the station and many restuarants. Spacious room and larger double bed beyond expectation (the bed and room are usually small when you stay in the city) good breakfast but we stayed for 4 nights so kinda got tired of food a little bit. Comfy bed for us. There are free amenities in front of the elevator.

The toilet seat is kinda too small for men. They clean up the room every 4 days but they hang new towels on your door every day which is ok to me.

The price for single room is not expensive. The bed and toilet are very clean. Air conditioning is cool enough, doesn’t have much sound from the air conditioner. Staff is okay, can see they have tried their best to communicate with you by English.

The lighting at corridor during nighttime is quite door, giving me a little bit horror feel. But only a small problem.

I always like that the room has an ensuite toilet and shower/bath. The room looked very clean too. As for the location, it is only a few minutes walk away from Hakata station.

You get your typical business hotel room size. Also, I happened to book the hotel while a local Pokémon GO event was taking place, so the prices were higher than expected.

The place is about 8-10 minutes walk from Hakata station, which is further than our -ekimae hotels that we've stayed in. The room is more spacious than other hotels of comparable price during our stay in Kyushu. We like that the room was big enough for one table and one coffee table, and the double bed feels more like a queen size bed. Definitely one of the bigger double beds in Kyushu.

After experiencing the warmth and friendliness of Japanese at some other hotel and shops, the front desk staff at this hotel feels more cold and transactional in comparison.

Very good value, especially given that one of our two nights was a Saturday, when rates in the city can get a bit silly. Hotel is basic, but clean and comfortable, as long as you don't trip up on your bag, as the room is "compact". Bathroom is one of those modular jobs, common in this type of hotel, basic but functional. Very close to Hakata train & bus station, but beware if you try to find the hotel using Google maps when coming from the bus station - we did and it took about an hour, rather than the 5 minutes it should take....not the hotel's fault, of course.

Virtually no English spoken by the staff - but my Japanese is non-existent too!

Not too far from Hakata station. There are quite some convenient stores around the hotel.

Hotel provides one key card for a room so if you share room with your friend and you go out alone, you have to call or knock door to your friend open the door.

Small room as expected , clean, quiet with great air conditioning and wifi. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Asian breakfast with very poor quality western options and bad coffee. Although breakfast was included in my room rate, I was not able to eat here.

We spent one night in Fukuoka after an international flight and it was a very good option for us. Great location just a 5-mins walk from Hakata Station. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was nice.

Staff were extremely nice but didn't speak English, just take that into consideration!
