Location good, a short 5-10 minute walk from Hakata station. Ultimately a solid capsule hotel accommodation, equipped with all you need. Everything was clean and orderly, with a unique aesthetic.

Naturally, this is a capsule hotel, so expect the standard issues that come with this - communal bathrooms/showers, capsule beds, noisiness, etc. The beds are particularly small compared to other capsule hotels I've been in such that it's tough to set up chargers, place a water bottle there, etc. with barely any shelf space and pretty much just the bed. The elevator also takes some time.

A super-modern capsule hostel from a science fiction movie. Located in a multi-story building with digital / card access via lifts to the amenities on separate floors. Capsule beds in large dorms were fun and efficient to sleep in. Major bathroom facilities and luggage storage were on a different floors, which was fine once you got the hang of the system. Guest goody bag of slippers, toothbrush and pajamas provided. Top floor work/chill room. No catering. Helpful black t-shirted staff available to explain it all.

No access to rooms between 11am-4pm. You need to be organized!!

It's a capsule hotel that does the job. The facilities are good if you go out most of the time. Very close to Hakata station so if you need to go around the city or take the shinkansen, it's very convenient. Guests seem to keep to themselves. Good for introverts.

Not sure if it's the same in the men's bathroom but if you're out all day, expect lines in the bathroom for the shower at night. You can't really have a sleep in because they start cleaning at 10 so everyone has to be out of the bedrooms and showers before then.

It was my first time staying in the capsule hotel and I can tell that it exceeded my expectations. It's a brilliant idea to place storage with bathrooms and capsules on different floors! That is the only possible way you can make people be quiet in the capsules. Everything is super clean. The capsules are bigger than I imagined and I didn't feel any inconveniences sleeping inside.

The absence of boiling water and tea bags in the lounge area was an unpleasant surprise. During the process of automatic check-in you have to pay additional 200 yen (only with credit card). I don't understand why this payment couldn't just be added to the total price of the capsule at the time of the booking.

Well organized, good amenities and facilities. Close to Hakata Station.

1. No laundry machine or any coin laundry around the hotel. 2. Why put slippers together in the bag inside the sleeping pod? While we are not allowed to wear shoes to the pod area. Should put slippers separately or somewhere. 3. Not for the hotel, but need to put sign or rules everywhere in the room. Last time I visit many foreign tourists act like they own the place. Didn’t put back hair dryer after use, not cleaning up left over shaving cream with their shaved facial hair from washbasin. Let the water everywhere in the basin. You need to tell them capsule hotel is a shared properties.

I like this hotel set up so much that this was my second time visiting. At the time I booked it was one of the only available spaces in the city as everything was booked! This is a pod hotel and it is not for everyone. But if you just need a place to crash that is clean and safe - this is your space. You would think sleeping in a pod would be confining and uncomfortable but that is not the case at all. It is very clean and quiet even though you are sleeping in a really big room with lots of other people.

I think the showers need a good deep clean - there is a smell of mold - and wetness - this is expected with wet spaces - but it is definitly needed for the safety and health of the guests and those who clean.

Everything was absolutely sublime. Superb and amazing.

“Sleeping on this pillow is like resting your head on a granite countertop wrapped in betrayal. I thought I was buying a fluffy slice of heaven, but instead, I got a disgruntled cinder block moonlighting as a medieval weapon. The first night, I heard my skull whisper, ‘Why do you hate me?’ By morning, my neck had filed for divorce, taking my spine and all my hopes for comfort with it. This thing is so hard I considered naming it ‘The Brick’ and using it to build a shed. On the bright side, if a pillow fight ever escalates into a full-blown war zone, this rock will be my weapon of choice. Sweet dreams? Not with this thing—it’s basically a headstone for your happiness.”

Well organized! The capsule bedroom is quite spacious, You will be able to sit upright with space up to the ceiling. The Toilet is fully provided with amenity and had space to place your personal stuff.

If you are staying more than 1 night. The staff will place the bag with new towel and pajamas in your capsule bed, which located in different floor of luggage room and toilet. So you have to go fetch the bag first and then go back up to luggage room and toilet floor. It was a little confused but was not that bad.

The property is very clean, neat & well equipped with everything a solo traveller would look for. All Toilet seats are TOTO SELF Cleaning & Bidet type. Bathroom are in room cubicle with plenty of space for you to change before & after shower at common cubicles shower area. The capsule for sleeping was good size, you can sit up straight to read and has nite adjustable light know for your liking. Only thing is not sure if inside cubicle has any ventilation point… each cubicle has a draw down curtain when you go to bed.

Great location, 5' Hakata station. Very nice and helpful staff. However, it's a self check-in, they will only come out if requested. The check-in process is very easy and smooth. The capsules dormitory is comfortable and clean, with the lockers in another space, it's overall pretty quiet. The showers/lockers are another floor, which can be a bit strange. However, there is a women only elevator, which adds to the privacy. The bathrooms/showers were kept clean and tidy, however a bit moldy due to bad ventilation. The shared space is on the top floor, with a nice view. Very minimal, but does the trick! Overall, clean and comfortable for a few nights!

Honestly, I had no complaints.
