Loved that there is a scale in the lobby to weigh your luggages and that I could leave my luggages after check out so I could enjoy Fukuoka for 7 hours before heading to the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the various bath salts, shampoo and conditioner, tea bags, and coffee available for the taking. Family Mart is steps away from the hotel. Lawson is just a few steps further down. Quiet area and within walking distance (5-10 minutes) to Hakata Station and Canal City. I would definitely book here again.

The room is a bit small but manageable. By Japan standards, the room is a good size.

we liked that the staff changed towels everyday -kept our rooms tidy -friendly staff and assisted us with our requests -The location was very walkable near Hakata Station and is situated near Lawson, Family Mart, and along many restaurants near the Hotel.

The room only had one pillow per head and it was too soft for our liking. Thankfully the staff gave us extra pillows for our usage. The breakfast menu had limited options to choose from but were very delicious especially the salmon and the bread options. The staff were very courteous as well. The first connecting room was spacious however the second room had limited space to open your luggages. We had also hoped that the microwaves and other amenities were available in all floors and not in every other floor. There was also a presence of small cockroaches in the sink in one of the rooms.

Location of this hotel was great! Very close to Hakata station and nearby transportation. Room is on a smaller side but it is expected, still have enough room to store luggage inside the room. Eco cleaning is good way to save environment and grab toiletries as you need is an excellent idea.

The excessive amount of towels they give is contraindicative of their eco way of saving the environment. We tried to ask not needed to give us new towels daily but was unsuccessful. Front desk was very helpful in trying to speak English and to help us call taxi but wasn't very engaging on a day to day basis for our full 2 weeks stay.

The location is excellent! 10 minutes from the trains and busses. Starbucks, Lawsons, 7-eleven, and many more food spots around. The hotel itself has fluffy blankets and pillows. The best were a bit hard but we still slept comfortably. The option to mail a package from the hotel was AMAZING. We paid 200 yen for a box and staff were helpful filling out the form. The double bed room was huge. We had our shower room, desk, two beds, mini fridge, hair dryer, and all the amenities you could need. Leave the toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, slippers, all of it! They have it.

When we arrived to the hotel, we noticed one of rooms only had 2 beds. We booked with a sofa bed. They wanted to charge us an additional 2,000 yen and I refused. 2nd night, I was looking under the bed for something we dropped and found the third bed. I was disappointed it was there and not made upon our arrival. I was disappointed they wanted to charge us for this. I just pulled it out and we used it the next two nights. Requesting additional pillows and blankets. So beware of paying extra fees until you've checked the entire room.

The room is average size of Japan. A bit small but 2 people will stay just fine. The bed is very comfy. They'll only clean your room after 3 days but you can request for new towel everyday which is nice. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. We arrived at 12PM and they let us to leave luggage at hotel for free before our check-in and they help us call taxi when we leave for airport. The location is super convenient as it's very close to Hakata station which you can walk to around 5-7 mins and nearby there's a lot of convenient store, drug store and restaurants but it's quite quiet and peaceful around the area. I'm recommend the place for other visitors as well.

This is maybe because I booked the place not too early but we have 5 family members so we need to split into 3 rooms. The staff tried to have the rooms close to each other so we got 2 rooms for 2 people each next to each other but another room is in separate floor.

The hotel is decent overall, with a few upsides and downsides. The rooms are adequate in size and comfort, though nothing exceptional. Its location is fairly convenient, around a 7-minute walk to Hakata Station, making it accessible. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful, adding a nice touch to the stay. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel if you’re looking for something simple and close to Hakata Station, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and amenities.

There were too few hangers, and no closet, which made organizing clothes a bit tricky. When I was searching for a missing pouch, I looked under the bed and found it very dusty, which made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning.

There is only about 5-6 minute-walk from the hotel to the Hakata Train Station and Bus Terminal, it's perfect and very convenient for travelers who will go to other counties for a day trip from Hakata. There are also many shops, restaurants, convenience stores etc. near the hotel. The room is clean and tidy, but is a little bit small. It's okay for solo traveler, but may not be spacious for two persons. The staff are polite, nice and helpful.

I didn’t mind that they did cleaning the room every third day (they gave me new towels everyday) but it would be nice if they could’ve given me new nightwear everyday too. Also it wasn’t their fault but I’ve heard noises from bathrooms at next rooms after midnight which annoyed me little. My room was Paris theme but it was pink everywhere and more like Barbie theme. I’ll definitely request not to give me the Paris room again!

Staff were very nice and helped us with arranging Yamato luggage forwarding to our hotel. Shower facilities were nice. A lot of amenities available from the lobby. There were summer decorations up and they had a lot of character. Fairly close to station and easy to get to even with suitcases.

Room is a bit small, but it's still adequate enough to pack 2 suitcases if you shuffle things around a bit.

The location was close to the station, but situated in a way that made for all quiet rooms. There were a variety of free bath salts. The room was comfortable, but snug. Couples would be fine, but snug in the room I was given.

Dryers didn't dry very well. Regular duct cleaning could help.
