The hotel is close to the main station and is only 5 minutes by walk. My mother fell down when we arrived at the airport and her knee got bruised. I asked the hotel receptionist for a hand if the hotel had a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the hotel had no service but the male receptionist was very helpful. He was trying to assist my mother to the room by using the hotel trolley. My mother and I appreciate it so much. Thank you a million times! Hope to stay at this hotel again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station and the airport, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. You can also walk to Canal City in about 10 minutes, which is very convenient.

The hotel uses heaters in the guest rooms, which made the room uncomfortably hot at night. I couldn’t sleep well because of the heat. It would be much better if there was an air conditioning option available for better temperature control.

During housekeeping of the floor I stayed on, I found my room left ajar with little to no supervision which made me feel worried (the hotel policy says that they accept no responsibility for any missing items). I think they put on new sheets every day, but sometimes I felt like the bed sheets were changed for dirtier ones (I found brown stains, hairs and dirt etc before I even used the bed)

A great location, close to Hakata Station. Really spacious bathroom. Room size was adequate. Quiet on the 12th floor.

The beds are uncomfortable. We prefer a firm or hard mattress but for some reason these were particularly uncomfortable. The room was a bit hot and stuffy and we couldn't open the window.

Our Twin room was very big with an actual bath tub. Location is very good close to Hakata station

The bed was the hardest I’ve had in my trip to Japan (I’ve stayed in 10 different hotels). Also the pillow is very hard and big. The hotel looks old and outdated, but the room is clean

The hotel controls the heating/air conditioner unit and it was very hot in the room when we arrived. But we were able to turn the unit off completely and open the window a bit, so it was fine after that.

The hotel is located in a very good location, near Hakata station, near the bus stop, very convenient to travel, there are many restaurants around, convenient to find food.

The hotel is a little old but remodeled like new, and the bathroom is larger than most hotels in Japan. Also, the room is large enough to open 2 big luggages.
