The Hotel is about a 5min walk away from Hakata Station. This is a good location as Hakata Station is a hub for JR and Kyushu trains to reach other destinations for 1-day trips (Kumamoto, Beppu, Saga, Nagasaki). Furthermore, the Hotel is about 10-15min walk away from Canal City and other good places. The reception was very friendly and supportive! The room was big and the AC worked fine. The bed is hard and was just to my liking. The Onsen is open for public and usually very well visited during nighttime (I usually went around 10pm and it was always packed). The Onsen is great and big. I really loved the cold bath!

The Hotel has many rooms but only 3 laundromats to wash your clothes. I have seen smaller Hotels with much more laundromats. The bathroom is a bit outdated and you have to close the door during hot showers, otherwise the fire alarm might go off.

The hotel is a short walk from Hakata Station, which was great for us as we arrived by Shinkansen. Good value for money. Breakfast was varied and good value. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. They were prepared for English speaking foreigners, but with limited English. Access to the onsen in the hotel was free for hotel guests. Rooms were clean and a pretty good size for Japan.

Signage as you enter the building is nonexistent. It's like walking into an office building. By the elevator there was a sign (but not in English) that says the reception is on the 1st floor UK/2nd Floor US. We found the beds a bit flat and hard. Having the onsen on site was fantastic, but we did find it crowded in the evening when the number of non-residents was high.

The location was excellent, two blocks from Hakata Station, so easy to wheel your suitcase there. It was a modest hotel, but scrupulously clean and because I had chosen a superior double room it was quite spacious. I liked having a small laundry at the end of my corridor. At breakfast there was a wide choice of dishes. But the thing that raised this hotel above its moderate business hotel peers was the attached / adjacent public onsen which I find is not so common in Japanese big cities. It was an excellent onsen.

Breakfast was great! Buffet had a wide selection of items. Did not get tired of it after 3 days. Location was good. 10 minutes from train station. Lots of convenience stores close by and even found our "favorite new" Izakaya. Enjoyed the hot spring bath.

The front desk staff could have been friendlier. Not sure if it was a language barrier, but requesting a late check out then asking them to hold our luggage after check out seemed to be very cumbersome for them. It took awhile to accomplish these tasks, the second not getting done. Would have been nice to have the hot spring in the main hotel instead of next door.

Lovely hotel close to Hakata station. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Amenities like tea bags, slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste are available on the second floor next to reception for free. The breakfast buffet was incredible - many Japanese and Western options. The bonus was the onsen downstairs, perfect at the end of the day. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Check in was courteous and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The area was quiet, being one block from a main street.

It is confusing entering the property on the ground floor to find there is no reception there, and no clear signage to reception on the first floor.

Great location (v near Hakata JR station), onsen facilities, a health & extensive breakfast spread but most important of all, the receptions were so helpful! One wrote a Japanese text meant for the taxi driver at my request, another printed a map (without my request) to show the driver my desired destination!

It is clean and staff is kind. Hotel has an onsen. There are a few pools with different temperature of water and also a sauna. Good location, quite close to the station.

To enter the onsen, it is necessary to go through a separate reception and procedure seems a bit complicated when comparing to the other hotels.

Friendly and helpful team. Really good breakfast. Great location. A short subway ride, or refreshing walk, to Canal City which has some superb restaurants. The spring baths and welfare facilities were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and wish it could have been longer.

There are hot spring so when we finished our trip and back to hotel, we can relaxed with hot spring . That was so perfect if i go to fukuoka again , i will stay the hotel again!

It's built quite long time ago , so all of facilities are old. But location and hot spring is perfect.
