I like that the tax payment is used via machine. It is easy to use, and English is one of the language selections. The check-in process is also easy. The room card is unique. I do not know if there is laundry service but it will be good if there is one.

The light is a little too dim. It would be good if there were another light. I could not really see when i unpacked my luggage and trying to figure out where is the switch for the light.

Conveniently located within a few minutes walk out Hakata station.

The bathroom seemed slightly smaller than other Japanese hotels, this might have been caused by the folding door.

So closed at the train station specially in the shopping center i like it.

The Staffs are very polite and helpful. The hotel is located not far from Hakata train station.

Not sure what the 200 yen payed for Wasnt mentioned when using booking

amenity and wifi was working properly.

Can't open window, next wall was covered with pigeon poo.

The man at the front desk refused to help us call a taxi to the airport. The woman who was at the desk later did call for us.

The location is close to Hakata station , I only talk 5-10 mins from station to hotel

The Room is lack of light, there are only 2 small light in room to illuminate. Also, they assign me to the room which in middle of the buildings which causing the room already in a dark environment.
