The location was perfect as we gave back our rental car (2 min from hotel) and drove back to Tokyo by shinkansen (Hakata station is across the road). The room was nice and clean with a great view. Breakfast was ok, the buffet choice wasn't great but still sufficient and tasty. The service level was excellent.

We could have hardly wished for a better hotel. With only a 5-minute walk from Hakata station, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient if you want public transport to do a lot of traveling. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance from the hotel too. The room was spacious for average standards and two complimentary bottles of mineral water would be provided every day. The room was very clean and everything was in great condition. The shower head provides a very comfortable firm stream, showers were a treat at the end of every active day. Staff was very friendly and helpful with check-in and check-out (which were quick and smooth) and had no problem speaking English when needed.

The best part of this hotel is it's location - it's situation right next to Hakata Station as well as the main bus terminal, meaning you have plenty of convenient options for public transportation. Otherwise, there is also a taxi line at the station if you are in a rush or need a more comfortable method of getting your location. Room is just right for one or two people, with the necessary amenities, and the staff are all super helpful with very good English, so communication should not be a problem.

The hotel is close to Hakata Station, and you can walk underground and get out near the SunPlaza building if it’s raining or very hot. The rooms are quiet, and the washers and dryers do a decent job cleaning clothes. You can choose when you want to have your room cleaned by leaving signs on the door, and the hotel is close to many eating places, shopping areas, and convenience stores. The WiFi has decent speed.

The lighting is a bit weak. I noticed this with several of the JR Kyushu hotels, but it’s a minor inconvenience.

The location is FANTASTIC. If you drive, you can return your car at avis which is just right beside! We are a big group with many luggage but the parking lot was behind the lobby. So a bit of walk for the old and young with baggage during check in. We returned the car on the day of check in and walked to the hakata station for shopping and food. There's an underground izakaya next to the hotel that was crowded with japanese at night and food was good.

The room was small and the sun was really hot and blinding! Thankfully, they have blackout curtains but the whole room becomes quite dark even with the lights switched on. the toilet is very small too. we booked 3 rooms and one of the room had smelly urine smell. the staff allowed us to change the room with no questions asked.

Perfect location for arriving by Shinkansen into Hakata. It's across the street from station. Conbinis on same block. Buffet Breakfast was more than adequate to start the day.

Barely worth a mention, but Bed was a little firm but certainly not uncomfortable. Central heating didn't really work so room was quite cold. (Temps were low for our visit, It was in the 40sF, even snowed slightly as we were leaving.) Minor inconvenience. Bed warm though so sleep not a problem.

The location is perfect. Near a mall, near restaurants, and walking distance from the train station. The washing machine and vendo area was also quite convenient. The staff were also nice enough to receive several packages for me from Amazon Japan. I appreciate that a lot. Speaking of which, the staff are also quite nice..though I hope the evening staff has recovered from his cold. He was soldiering on for two nights. He was wearing a mask though so no worries. He still did his job very well. But I hope he would get well soon! Ganbatte!!

The lighting was a bit dim, and we would have wanted white lights in the bathroom at least to help with make up. We get that it's good to have warm tones but girl can't put on make up right with yellow lights. Also, I hope in the future they can put a microwave too. At night it's hard to go to the convenience store to eat.

The hotel not only stored my Amazon purchases (4 different deliveries before my checkin date) but placed them in advance in our assigned room when we arrived. How's that for customer delight! We were also glad that the hotel remembered our booking request and gave us a quiet room on a high floor (we were concerned about road noise). For every impression point, they scored high!!!

The hotel does not have a drive-in lobby (or not that we can find..sigh). As foreign drivers we cannot figure out if it is okay to just park alongside main road and unload in this part of town (very near to Hakata station). It will be helpful to provide such information for drivers on the hotel website.

My family and I were at the Blossom Hotel for 2 nights at the start of our weeklong trip to Kyushu. What we liked most about this hotel is the LOCATION! It’s just across the road from the JR Hakata Station which is an attraction in itself. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious for Japanese standards. There was a lot of food around the area with an Ichiran Ramen just downstairs in B2 of the building next door.

The closets in the room were a little small and there’s a big construction project just across the road.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Hakata Station, so everything is within a few stops away. Nearby are side street restaurants, malls, convenience stores and cafes so you will never go hungry. A pharmacy, WELCIA, is also just next door. Our Superior Twin room is very clean and just right for big people like us. We did not avail of breakfast with accommodations as there are many establishments to go to nearby, but am quite sure the hotel restaurant serves good meals as how it generally is in Japan.
