Hotel is just few minutes walk from Hakata Station. It has all necessary amenities such as coin laundry They also allow luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Staff were accommodating

The room doesn’t have a closet where you can hide your luggage. The room might be too small if you have bigger luggage. There were dust under the bed side table.

This is the second time that I stayed at this location in Fukuoka. Funnily, I stayed in the same room as last time. I came back to this hotel because of the front desk staff. Although they speak very little English they go out of their way to assist, accomodate and even anticipate customer needs. In a world where things are becoming increasingly automated it is so nice to see a friendly face - especially when travelling alone. The food was just basic - nothing special but the service is stellar at all points. Even housekeeping was so engaging and accomodating.

I won't say anything was disappointing because that woud be misleading. The bathroom immaculate - but a slight mildew smell. I think this could be dealt with quite easily.

This hotel has a great location, roughly a 5–10 minute walk to Hakata Station, and is surrounded by many restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception until check-in. The restaurant inside the hotel offered a nice range of food. The rooms are clean, and the towels are changed every day.

The only downside of this hotel is the poor Wi-Fi connection. It doesn’t work most of the time. You can also hear banging, walking, and even talking from the room next door

This was my second stay in this hotel. After an original 5 night stay, I needed a place in Fukuoka on way up Japan and I liked the place so much that I went back

My only complaint of the venue is the lighting in the room. There are no side lights as such. It's only the lighting in the room which you can't dim so it's either very bright indeed or black. I end up switching the main room off and leaving just the ones in the atrium.. But it's not a massive thing as most of the time I'm out of the property anyway.

Plentiful and tasty breakfast buffet, although the variety was not exceptional, but adequate. Spotlessly clean, every day. Very polite staff, every single person.

Toilet paper is transparent thin, but this seems to be widespread in Japan. No salt at the breakfast table, but they promptly provide you with some, if you ask - thank you. More fruit would be nice, but there are fresh orange slices, which is good. The combo faucet's temperature is a bit tricky to set, but is usable. Rooms are tight, but manageable.

Room space larger than common found in Japan Hotel .Comfortable beds to sunken in and 2pillows provided each bed. Location is great a little walk from HAKATA station and reachable Canal city by10mins walk .Even though bus stop is next block from hotel.

It’s not sensible for excluding drinking water in room service which isn’t not too much value but it’s worth for feelings. Another point that seems to be less kind is luggage deposit for next a few day stay here is charged for 1000¥ /night, please consider it’s not free service.

Very comfortable beds and friendly staff, a few minutes away from Hakata station.

Their free drink offer is only between 11:30-18:00. I checked in at 18:30 and must check out by 11:00 - they advised therefore that I couldn't take advantage of the offer. There was no flexibility to have it in the morning before I checked out or after 11:30 upon returning to get my suitcase. This is only a very minor point, but offering a free drink and then making it difficult to take advantage of seems strange - would have been great for breakfast!

The room was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was wonderful. We had two great meals there. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

We didn't see the sun because our room faced a big building. Someone had left the alarm clock set at 6:00 a.m., and we were jolted awake wondering what had happened. As with so many hotels these days, there were no towel racks, so finding a way to get our towels dry overnight took some creativity.

The staff were super friendly, it was easy to communicate even though I had some difficulty with speaking Japanese. The rooms were cleaned often, and the towels were changed daily. Overall, my family and I had a great time in Fukuoka because of Nest Hotel Hakata Station.

Our only worry was the height of the bathtub side. We prefer showers, and it was hard for us to "jump over" into the bathtub. The food options also in the restaurant were not a lot, and some of the menu items' pictures were a bit misleading.

Pajamas were provided, as were razors, toothbrushes, etc... location was great and convenient, and the room was clean and easy to relax in.

The washer/dryer combo was okay... it washed my clothes but did not dry them well. So adding on the drying function was a waste of money. It would have also been nice to have some laundry detergent available for purchase.
