I love the location and they provided a lot of free toiletries during the stay. They even give us a room and linen spray which was very useful.

I did not like that they gave one pillow for every guest. The pillows were thin and could hardly support my neck. Also, the room is small and you can only open one luggage. If its a big luggage, you have no other option but to put it on the bed. Breakfast was not fancy but okay. I love the pancakes but after staying after 3 days, you realize that they do not change their breakfast menu. Coffee and drinks during breakfast is not good.

1. The room was more spacious that anticipated. We had 1 small and 1 medium sized luggages and had sufficient space to store them without tripping over them 2. Beds and pillows were to our liking 3. Bathroom/toilet was nice and spacious and clean. 4. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They also managed to help us sort out our luggage transfers

1. Just nitpicking here but some hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels or clothings up would be nice. 2. Perhaps more umbrellas to loan to the customers

Hakata Tokyu Rei offers amazing value for money. The breakfast included in the price was just right in variety and absolutely delicious. The shower is fantastic, with excellent water pressure and an innovative showerhead that includes a unique back-spray option, which was surprisingly relaxing and refreshing after a long day. Its location is excellent, hidden in a quiet alleyway just a short 10-minute walk to Hakata Station, making it convenient yet peaceful. While there’s no view, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Highly recommended!

The hotel is well kept (or look new). Its location is perfect, easy walk/with escalator and underground passage to Hakata station. There were many front office staff, and they were quite helpful--with restaurant reservation and luggage forwarding. The room was small but adaquately designed so it did not feel stuff. For my long stay, cleaning was done every 3 days which was good for privacy. We had a good stay.

I was asked to read a bunch of information at check-in but honestly did not catch it--so I was a bit surprised (and did not pack my belongings well) to have the room cleaned after 3 days. It would have been nice for the front desk to be more specific--at the Osaka REI, they actually gave me a note indicating exactly what days the room will be entered for cleaning so I was able to prepare for it.

The hotel is relatively small, the reception is somewhat squeezed so you cannot hang out there. Same goes for the eating area. The staff is kind, but with only basic English skills. My room was small, but had enough space to move around, was very clean and included all the necessary amenities. The location is the best thing about the hotel, right next to the station, so it is easy to navigate the city and places in its neighborhood.

The room was quite noisy, even though the hotel is a bit off the main street.

The shower room is the best! My daughter love the bath tub, while my wife love the shower. We also love the soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Smells so good! Hotel location near bus stop and bus terminal to Lalaport, very convenient.

We got the silent side of Hakata Station, very few convenience store and restaurant. We need to walk a bit to station for more restaurant options, also we need to take the stairs to cross the street.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Hakata station, offering you with alot of good shopping and eating choices. The staff was very friendly and nice. They also helped in explaining the parking method when I had to park my car at the back of their hotel. Room was pretty cozy and very clean.

The bed and pillows were too soft. Even though I stacked 2 pillows together, it was still too soft for my body and I had body ache the next day.

The hotel is about 2 minutes walk from Hakata station with lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Good breakfast to start the morning. Tea and coffee station in the lounge until 9 pm. The shower with massage function is a great addition to a good size (Japanese standard) bathroom.

The comforter is a bit thin, I had to ask for an extra blanket in order to sleep comfortably in the coldness of January.

The location was so convenient, only a few steps from the West 6 access to Hakata station. It was the perfect way to start our Japan trip. Room and bed was comfortable, the staff were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic, and set us up perfectly for the day. We actually felt it didn't matter what we ended up finding for lunch or dinner because we knew we'd eaten a really good meal for breakfast.
